TURBO TAX IS FAIR

THE PROCESS FLOW DOES NOT REQUEST ALL THE INFORMATION IN ORDER AND I HAVE TO GO BACK TO FILL IN CERTAIN PARTS OF THE TAX RETURN. THE HELP FUNCTION IS LESS THAN HELPFUL.

I have been using Tubo Tax for over 10 years. It is easy to use. The best feature is the ability to pull the previous tax information into the new year. I do not have to enter everything again.

still no mac version

In your documentation you fail to include the scanned and signed 8453-PE in the packet! How can you fail to include both the unsigned and the signed one? Do you know the panic that sets in when users think they failed to include the correct 8453? This has been repeated raised in the forums. Why do you continue to ignore it?

Have used TurboTax Business for many years for preparing partnership return for our investment club. Great Product! This year for the first time - I needed assistance with E-filing. TurboTax live customer support service was awesome.
