TT Business has many improvements needed

Turbotax business has some misleading items for the optional screens and doesn't guide you through many forms that are possibly beneficial to one business (e.g. Form 6765). TX state does not import many values that are likely the same from prior returns. Lots of refilling out the same forms with the same answers that is not necessary. It would be great if the answers were proposed from prior return where relevant instead of lots of clicking re-typing.

I had trouble using the online help. I could never seem to get to the right source for information. Most of the non human response was not useful to me. My experience with chat was good but finally had to go to the phone support. That was awesome! I had to call three times to get my issue resolved. all three agents were thoughtful, experienced and patient. I would rate the telephone help with 5 stars.

Trust returns - done easily

This is a great software. I wish they made a Mac version. I have suggested that every year, but no luck in getting anyone to listen. Mac users can run it under Parallels, but it is kind of buggy and sluggish.
