Failure to recognize purchased State.

After two filing it quit recognizing State. It showed as installed but wanted another purchase to proceed. Tech support is non-existent. Ran patch from Intuit site to no avail. Loaded on second computer, again had to try patch, no joy. Wound up making second purchase of Arizona to beat filing deadline.
Most frustrating was I had similar issue in 2023.

It is my first time to use TurboTax to fill the 1120S, The software has some glitch that doesn't allow the correct business code to go through for the e-filing, which has created problems to stop the process during my e-filing. Moreover, the software of Home and Business scripts misleading. It indicates that it is for S business . After I entered all data and went through to the end, unfortunately, no return was generated. Finally, went through all troubles, I learnt that I need to go to business web to purchase Business software.

My download wasn't available after I purchased the desktop software. I called and my rep was amazing! She didn't quite understand it either, but stayed with me and kept digging until we solved it.
