Turbo Tax has let us down in 2024

Turbo Tax has gone down hill from prior years. No disk for loading program and problems installing from downloaded versions on Windows 11. Forms for filing W-2s on paper were not sent to IRS on time for approval. So can not print and file W-2 and W-3 at 1/11/25.

VERY UNHAPPY W2/W3 FORMS UNAVAILABLE

It is January 13, 2025. I just spent several hours getting all of my W2 data together, hoping to get the forms ready for mailing tomorrow (I do not use electronic filing).
Exactly when will the forms be finalized?
Had you put a notice on the "interview" process BEFORE I started doing all of this work, I could have found something more productive to do! Now I am supposed to wait an indeterminate amount of time until the "forms are finalized?"
NOT HAPPY AT ALL ABOUT HOW THIS WAS HANDLED. NOT HAPPY THAT FORMS ARE NOT AVAILABLE AS OF THIS DATE.

Not as used to be

In the previous years I was able to prepare the W-2's and 1099's very easily and without any hassle. This year it is been more complicated and asking too many questions making it very hard to with, just because I registered and gave all my information. In previous years I just installed the software or downloaded it and worked on it without registering.
