it is too expensive and it should ask more questions. It would not efile the state return and the state revenue told me that I should have been able to. I may ask for a refund as I paid for the state in addition to the federal.

TurrboTax is great

Simple and easy to use. I had collected all of my receipts and organized them in a spreadsheet, making it so easy to enter the totals into TurboTax.

Needs debugging

Overall the product is good. But if i make a mistake in filling up the basic information and it gets registered in the worksheets... it is not possible to change the answers on the final forms even if i make changes to my answers to basic questions.

Easy Process

The process was easy. However, I did need to keep switching back and forth between the step-by-step and the forms to insure things were in the correct place and to cross-check everything with my closing. I did have to move some items.

Not nearly as helpful as personal products. Limited explanations and sometimes applies values from federal to state in error (double counting).
