Great Business tax software

Have used Turbo Tax business for several years. It is a great tool and a time saver. I would prefer to have a DVD rather than just downloading a file from the internet. The software has helped me to understand depreciation schedules and specifically section 179 deductions. That is a great help as to decide whether to take a section 179 deduction, or to depreciate the asset over time. Keep up the good work Intuit

Love TurboTax

Overall I am very happy with TurboTax Business Advantage and the support staff. I would prefer to use an online (cloud) version that I can access on my Macbook Pro. The desktop version is challenging a requires that I borrow a computer with windows.

All the added fees make this product almost not workable; will definitely look at other options for next year after using this since 1995!

Good program with a few challenges

Hard to get it installed. Every year, putting in payroll numbers is a challenge. (Owners, taxes and general payroll). It would be nice if the categories were all in one place. The state review is a challenge. (NC) even though I run error check and clear, when I get ready to file, it says there is an error. I can never find what is the problem. BTW, I have used Turbo for about 20 years.

I have been using TTax for over 15 years. Had a two year break because of some complicated business returns (S-Corp and LLCs), or so I thought. We had a CPA during that time. I hated not having the tools to forecast tax scenarios on my own. This year I had my first "I need help" question for TTax. Both times I got call backs in less that 5 minutes. Thank you Brian and Kaleah. They solved my issues quickly. No overseas call center. They spoke English. It was a great phone connection and they knew their stuff!
