Cumbersome. Should run online for easier use. Unable to upload data from QB Online to Turbo Tax desktop, fix that.

Perennial depreciation problem

Depreciation was not transferred from the federal to the state return, and it was difficult to figure out how and where to enter it

Efile doesn't work ever!!

E file never works. There is always an entry that it says is incorrect, like the professional business code on my corporate return. if=verified that it was correct form the IRS website but it still wouldn't send it to the IRS.
Costumer service person was unable to help.
