Turbotax is Awesome!, unless it crashes

I have been using TurboTax for 20+ years and have been happy. But then there was this year - I installed TurboTax on my laptop and is was working, until the day that it wasn't and I got an error code that made no sense to me or to Google. But, I tried installing it on one of my old desktop computers, and it worked! So my advice, if TurboTax is working on your machine today, finish your taxes and file because it might not load tomorrow.

Turbo Tax is still a bit challenging to use.

OK, but not great

Seems much less sophisticated than personal tax program, including inability to download tax information from organizations such as Fidelity. Also seems to be a requirement for the user to have a deeper understanding than a layman in order to use.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Easy to use, and it has all your deductions you took last year so it's easy to input the new deductions.

TurboTax is NOT awesome

You made me update turbotax when it did not need updating (you updated state data which we do not need to file in NH). Then after update, you installed something that makes Mozilla Thunderbird not work. Then you make me sign in again after I asked to keep it logged in. Intuit is to controlling and I cannot wait for someone to come and take your spot.
