dirty trick

I felt it was a dirty cheap trick to have a person think they were doing their taxes on line with out being told up front how much it would cost .
I accidently started to do my taxes with the guided assisted mode. And got about 3/4 through and hit the estimated cost button almost $500.00 I back tracked and bought my usual down load , that little detour cost me an extra night of taxes thanks for nothing

TurboTax can't import from QuickBooks Online!!!!!!

Intuit pressured me into upgrading from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online, by increasing the price until it didn't make sense to hang on to the Desktop version. Now, I discover that I can no longer import my company information from QuickBooks Online into TurboTax Business. I have discovered that you have known of this major shortcoming for many years, haven't bothered to resolve it, and don't bother to inform your customers of this. What a disappointment.

CA State Return problem

The CA state tax forms were full of errors and could not be corrected. The Schedule L and M1 andM2 for CA had errors that were from Turbo Tax. They could not be corrected even using the Forms mode. I had to print copies and mail the returns to CA.
This is the 2nd year I have had this problem. I have been using Turbo Tax at least 15 years.

generally turbotax business has improved. in the past I'd get error checks that made no sense. my only complain is that process to sign up for turbotax advantage did not work
