TurboTax Needs to Accept HEIC Picture Files

For the most part, TurboTax worked well for me again this year. The only snafu was during the creation of the electronic signed version of the Form 8453-FE. I couldn't get my printer's scan function to work, so I was forced to take a picture of the document. Unfortunately, my camera took the picture in HEIC format, which is not accepted by TurboTax. After my wife took a picture of the document with her camera, I got a good JPG formatted file...

TurboTax Updater Issue

TurboTax Business provides clear guidance for completing tax returns and is user-friendly. I have used it for many years. However, since last year, the Software Updater has not been working. I followed the troubleshooting instructions and even tried manually updating using the "Windows_PC_TurboTax_Business_Download" option, but it still did not work. It has been a very frustrating experience. At this point, I am unsure if I will continue using TurboTax Business. Hope that this issue can be resolved.
