Turbo Tax Business - used for a Trust.

It is really intuitive and asks smart questions. Even for a CPA trained in business taxes it has been very helpful.
My only caveat is that is that my Trust has a ranch operation which makes me do part of return basically manually. I wish they would include the form in the step-by-step section.

Clunky, severe lack of helpful explanations and links like in your browser-based tools. Also, key forms that I had to print, sign, and scan to include with filing had huge watermarks all over them that made them impossible to use.

Very easy to use. Did not need Tax support help. There is one improvement I would make. I tried file on 15 Jan which now I know is too early. I had to repeat a number of steps on 31 Jan to file. Before I started those steps like completing form 8453, if it had told me it was too early to file, I would not have wasted time. I did not know until I hit "Transmit Returns Now". Otherwise ...EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
