Can't import previous year tax return information

Still can't retrieve information from my previous tax return. It's been 3 years like this, and nothing changed. I had to start from scratch again. This is probably the last year I am using TurboTax

Not Quite as Smooth as Previous Years

I had some issues this year with downloading the state return and correcting some entries that caused me additional time. I called in and talked with Star, a Tax Specialist, and she was great, very friendly and helped me solve my issue.

A well-designed menu-driven program! However, whilst it recommended perhaps submitting an IRS Form 709(b), it was not included in the library of forms.
