Turbo tax is the best!

Turbo tax is the best! It is laid out in a logical way, and you can be guided through everything if you need, or just go to the areas you know you need if you are more experienced.

Easy program to file tax return. Helps to already have some tax knowledge for depreciation, etc. but great little tax program.

Been using for many years. Everything went well with this year's version. Only exception was I could not back up to unselect 179 in depreciation and had to delete the entry and re-enter.

TurboTax Business

Very frustrated that Turbo Tax Business cannot directly download information from Quickbooks online. This was angering enough that I may no longer use your products in the future. I like Turbotax and I like Quickbooks. The fact they cannot communicate is huge failure for Intuit.

TurboTax without CDs is an unnecessary pain!

I have always used TurboTax Cds successfully. This year, I was told that CDs are no longer available! So, after researching alternatives, I went online and purchased TurboTax downloads. It took MORE THAN AN HOUR to locate my key codes in order to activate TurboTax. I hate downloads. I keep my Cds on file in case of a computer failure, crash, etc. I have had to use a Cd in the past to recover a TurboTax file. What will I do if that happens and all I have is a missing download???
