Partnership works great.

I have used this for years to do my partnership taxes. Stopped importing from QB because it seemed to put things wrong for me. Much faster to just enter the few things myself.

I like Turbo Tax with how the program is laid out

I like Turbo Tax with how the program is laid out and pretty straightforward. However there is one thing that bugs me and that is you want to charge me $55 extra for filing the state form. This comes as a surprise, and I don’t like surprises when it comes to money. Please just lay your cards all on the table right from the get go!

TurboTax Quickbooks Desktop Pro 21 not accessable

I use Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2021 and was unable to access the data file to transfer to TurboTax. A serious disappointment ! If you want me to continue to use your products fix this. I have been a TurboTax user for many years and this is the first time I have had a complaint.

SLEAZY marketing

I am extremely upset that when I logged in to my account, the only option provided was the online version. I didn't find out until AFTER completing the tax return and seeing a ridiculous price since I did not need assistance. After purchasing the downloaded version, I had to re-enter the entire tax return. This leaves a VERY BAD impression on me. This is a very SLEAZY business practice. After being a customer for 20 years or so, you may have lost me forever with this crap.

State return e transmission did not work

Turbo Tax for business would not let me file my CT tax return electronically at the same time as I filed the federal return. I kept getting a message that the e transmission was not available when I tried to file them both together. So I filed the federal and am waiting to file the state.

I expect Turbotax business should do much better than what it is. State e-file is not running and it was disappointed. I had initual issue with state download. I called three tech support and wasted over 10 hours. That was also disappointed. Make Turbotax improved better.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
