Overall good. But at the end no prompt to ask to print state tax forms. Since state tax cannot be e-filed, need to print and mail.

Intuit needs to fix the QB file transfer issue.

It is pathetic that I can't transfer QB file from my QB 2021 desktop to TT Business 2024. I had to enter manually. Yes, I know that Desktop version is no longer supported. No, I am not going to buy QB online version.

Turbo Tax Great Help in Filing Trust Returns

We've used Turbo Tax for more than 20 years. This year, Turbo Tax Business was needed to process Federal and State tax returns for a Trust that my wife serves as a Successor Trustee for. Trust tax returns are tedious, but Turbo Tax had a solid solution for Federal and a fairly solid solution for the state. The Turbo Tax solution for the state in question (Illinois) did not provide e-file capability, which would have been better.

TurboTax Business is ok-ish.

Generally, TurboTax Business works ok. There are a couple of programming bugs that I've come across that others have reported on in the online TurboTax support, but year after year nothing gets fixed. It would be great if you guys would pay attention to your customers and actually fix the problems, and make the program work according to the IRS' instructions. The two I consistently run into have to do with the Disregarded Entity bug that has been reported for years, which prevents me and other users from ever filing electronically. And secondly, the program selects the incorrect boxes when reporting on 1099B information, even though I select the correct answers in the step-by-step instructions. Please do better, if I can't trust the program to do my taxes correctly, I'll need to switch to another program that actually works.

TurboTax Business needs a step by step dialogue for 1099-R forms received by a trust or estate, and so it flows through to K-1. This is a common situation

Your product SUCKS! First you made me buy the the super expensive online Turbotax for Business, which didn't work. I got your tech support to then send me the desktop version. Which worked a little bit better, but still can't fill out a K-1 correctly. Going to finish my return by hand and recommend to everyone that they don't waste their time with TERRIBLE TurboTax.
