TurboTax isn't as good as it used to be

In years previous, TurboTax has made mistakes and caused me to have to pay additional fee's for unpaid taxes.

Clumsy and cumbersome. You have to go to Forms to enter a lot of data - the step by step pages don't have a way to enter.

Problems using Turbo Tax business this year

this year I could not get on CD copy and had major problems getting since I do not have internet at my house. I had to go to other places. Also, I have used for several years and have not had problems. Constant problems with locking up my computer. Program stops and lost data. Not very good. I am very disappointed this year.

Can't e-file Minnesota return

5th year in a row of using this for an S-corp return. Frustrated that I still can't electronically file the Minnesota return. Don't understand why. Still have to mail it. Seems like an ancient process.

Still does not have capability to download 1099s. How archaic is that? Could not file taxes without attaching K-1, but a K-1 is not needed. Interview process in the beginning does not let me select disability trust - had to do it manually.

No 1099 import capability with Turbo Tax Business

You really do need to add the capability to "import" 1099 data from financial institutions. Without it, I will switch to another software provider. I am tired of putting all my data on a spreadsheets from 20+ 1099's to add manually. I have been a TT customer for more than 25 years.
