Frustrating to buy your product

It is highly frustrating every year to locate the TT Business Desktop product. Form within my account I should be able to get to the new year's version, purchase and download. Instead I continue being taken to your online product to create an account in a continuous circular loop. If I didn't have to start over with creating the return I would have left Turbo Tax for business several years ago.

Your customers have been asking for 10 years for you to create a way to import 1099's to the business version. For 10 years, you have been completely DEAF to those requests.
