Get your states returns act together

CT-PET functionality does not exist. We paid for turbo tax, but couldn't file with turbo tax. We have to do it via the state portal. Boo Turbo Tax.... If you can't provide the functionality for a state, tell people before they purchase. Where is my credit?

Very time-consuming, need to improve efficiency and navigation. Explanation of rules are difficult, search feature is very ineffective.

Still difficult

I'm a former user of HR Block for Business. When they didn't offer my mandatory e-filing of my state return I came aboard. Have used Turbo Tax for 5 years seamlessly. This year was a mess. Only 2 of the 3 shareholders showed on some forms with no editing options. Went back and entered all three. When I clicked "ready to file", it said they were errors even though I did multiple checks as I proceeded. I rebooted and all was well with the errors. I did ready to file again but only got the state filing option. Rebooted again and the state AND federal showed. Not a happy camper.
