TurboTax is going downhill rapidly

OK, but won't talk to Quickbooks online which Intuit forced us into last year. Not sure what we'll use next year, but after 20 years of using Quickbooks and TurboTax, it's clear that Intuit is prioritizing their own profits over customer satisfaction and so we're going to do something else.
Also, we file state taxes in Colorado which doesn't efile. If you click "file online" the software will not file your state tax return, or give you any warning or that you need to file the state taxes by mail. You can only find out by going BACK, selecting "File by Mail" and then you'll see the CO filing instructions. Really easy to miss.

Love Turbo Tax, but you need to tell users they need to adjust the size of the Form 8453 attachment in order for it to transmit correctly upon receiving transmission error type 2.

Some steps are confusing and require more explanation. For example, there needs to be clearer information on whether rentals are qualified business income or if the pros and cons and qualifications of opting-in/opting-out of centralized audit regime.

I used one of your service agents and she was able to offer just the right advice to solve my dilemma. My 3 star rating came only as a result of the fact that I couldn't purchase TurboTax for Business in an Apple Mac format.
