my information from Quickbooks Enterprise did not transfer so I had to enter everything by hand into intuit. Having the transfer is one of the main reasons I use intuit so I may need to rethink next year.

Tax forms have many errors, including Md state forms 510 vs. 511, posting state additions/subtractions from 500DM or State K-1, getting sect 179 allowance limitations to move forward to next year. Farm income keeps popping up? Unable to post officer's income correctly. These same issues exist every year! Wish there was a way to alert you to these errors, so you can fix them.

Buggy and doesn't e-file older returns

There's a bug in this software that doesn't properly calculate the Income Reconciliation worksheet. I literally spent an entire day trying to figure out why the numbers were off by thousands of dollars, when it actually was off by one dollar! Whenever there's a small rounding error, this software can report that the amounts are off by the amount of taxes you prepaid and any other minor adjustments you've entered. Ridiculous!!! Lastly, I'm filing several years late and they DO NOT allow you to e-file past 3 years! I paid for this software, and it should be updated to allow e-filing. Overall, a terrible experience with this product this year.

Needs serious improvements for Trusts

This is my 5th filing year for a Trust, and I've used TurboTax Business each time. Here are the three key reasons for my rating. 1) Does not import data from my financial institutions (like Personal does). 2) Does not help at all with my State filing for Utah. 3) Does not offer a Mac version of the Business software.
I switched from a PC to a Mac a handful of months ago and was really disappointed to learn Intuit does not offer a version of TurboTax Business for the Mac. Luckily my PC is still functional, so I was able to file for 2024. But I'm now worried about next year.

It is great software, but there are some glitches

Explains everything pretty well, but at the end, when trying to e-file, I was stuck in a loop where I couldn't proceed to e-file. There was some data, not familiar to me, that was needed before I could submit for e-file. I had to fill in the data on the form, and I just entered a bunch of zeros, since these questions were not relevant to my situation. Once those data were populated, I was able to proceed to e-file.
