State Download a complete Mess

The Federal went smoothly. Trying to download the state PA S-CORP was a totally different matter. For the second year in a row it has been a real issue. I ended up trying to call for help, which is always an issue trying to reach a person. Once I did I had a hard time getting him to understand the problem but eventually he figured it out and was very helpful. I was able to purchase over the phone, then download and install it easily. This was a big hassle that is completely unacceptable. I am seriously considering using a different companies software next year.

State Module needs improvement

The overall program is excellent; however, the Oregon state module required me to manually entry the Section 179 carryover from last year. There was no guidance on where to find this information. After doing a help search, I found out that the information was on form 4562. When I tried looking for that form, I couldn't find. I finally got it when I printed the state forms. A link in the state module to that form and info on where to look would have been very helpful.

Very easy to use. Have used TT for years with great results. Would have given the product a 5 Star review if only I could easily tell the difference between the online and download product options. I have always wanted to use the online version but noted the price was much higher than the downloaded product. Had to get to the end of the online version to note the price difference. Then started over on downloaded product. Would suggest the price difference is noted clearer upfront. Otherwise, love the product.
