I could not complete it without errors that were no explanation for. Re-did and re-did, circle after circle. Clueless help. Had to mail again. Last year, cost me big penalty because they said they did not get in the mail. Next year, I'm using a different software provider.

Major Problem with efiling

For years I've used Turbo Tax for our business and personal taxes. This year, trying to file our business taxes everything went as usual until I went to efile. I kept getting an error message saying they could not locate the file and to go back and attach it. Attach it to WHAT? It's was sitting on the desktop as always for all the previous years. I wasted over 8 hours trying to efile so now I have to mail it and incur an additional expense with not knowing that it was accepted as I do when I efile within 48 hours. VERY FRUSTRATING!

Worked Flawlessly
