very hard time getting started. wasn't til my 3rd telephone call {Steve was the man} that things were sorted out and i was able to start my taxes

Needs a MAC version

The program did not allow us to use our proper fiscal year or electronically file the state return. Every other program I have used allows for this.

So sad, still so many errors after all these years

Automatically loaded for the free state module a state I did not want. Thus totally wasted.
Too many error loops in state modules.
After purchasing state filing option refused to e-file.
"Five free e-files" is false advertising. Five free ATTEMPTS! Not acceptances.
