Trust Foormat Problems

You cannot file electronically it says the name of trust Name info is to large for the space ???
But you have wording in there See Grantor Trust etc. etc taking up the space pls fix this cost me over $140 for this program to only use the trust portion which should be separate as there is little to it.
Sow know I have to mail ???? can i get a refund the program is useless. please advise

Fed Corp Good Cal state needs work

Federal corporate tax product is fine and easy to use. California State has it's issues, needed to make a lot of corrections in the review.

Beware the size of a file being attached

I have used TurboTax for years and have really enjoyed it. This year, unbeknown to me, there was a limit on the size of an attached file. When I took a photo of Form 8453-FE and then uploaded the file it failed to send and I received a message indicating I had "internet transmission problems". After 3+ hours talking with a support technician (and after trying all of the normal cures, such as deleting programes, updating programs and others) we stumbled on the possibility the size of the file was too large. I resized the image and then it transmitted. Ugh! So, beware of the size of the document you are attaching to a form.

I engaged with several turbotax representatives over the course of this process. All were very good. Some were more knowledgeable than others as some were "product experts" and some were "tax experts". It would be nice if I knew ahead of time which one I was talking to - many did say what they were up front but some did not. Additionally, it would be very nice if I could file my Oregon state business return on line. Why can't I??? Overall, a good experience.

it's very simple to use for the most part. I did get stuck on some the start balance and end was not sure where the numbers listed on the form where adding up from.
