Overall Good, May Need to Use Forms Mode

Overall, Turbotax Business was helpful in preparing taxes for a multi-member LLC in a rental real estate business.. It was helpful in guiding through the various topics, preparing forms, and adding a sanity check to the overall tax preparation.
There were two scenarios that didn't seem to be well supported by the user interface in step-by-step mode and required me to dig into forms mode and perform multiple overrides. This also meant that I needed to know the answer and had to figure out how to get the software to the right answer on the forms. The two scenario's were: 1) non-deductible meal expenses for rental real estate, and 2) gift transfer of LLC interests between members. The issues mainly showed up on the reconciliation schedules (L, M-1, and M-2).
As a summary statement, there seemed to be more of a disconnect between the step-by-step user interface and getting information into the correct spot on the forms than I have experienced with the Turbotax Individual product set.

I have good and bad. I purchased the Federal and State at the start. Then I could not access the state. I had a wonderful agent Susan that helped me finally access it. It did take hours.

Easy to follow but I could use more help at times

When a correction or omission needs to be completed, it would be helpful if something was explained as to what/why it has to be corrected, rather than just showing a red box that requires a submission. It would help me know what to put in the red area. Otherwise, for some occurrences, I have to guess what to enter and then see if I get an error message.

Do Loop

This was a difficult process. It was not until a reached a Turbo Rep, that any progress was made. He walked me through the process step by step until I was finished. The online system was not user friendly. I kept getting set into a "do loop" returning to sections i had completed..
