How do you file your state business taxes? Turbo Tax said "can't e-file state taxes" So how do I file my state business taxes? No explanation. I paid $55 to get state forms but I filed only my federal taxes but what about state?? Very confusing!!!! Why the heck did I have to buy state income tax forms and I can't even file them. If I can't file them using Turbo Tax then I should be refunded the money I spent on state documents. By the way, I am filing taxes for New Mexico. So....... what the heck?

Adds forms I dont need

Still have the same issues year after especially adding the Film Tax Credit Documents when I dont need them the software will not let you enter n/a, zeros, etc. And when you do leave it blank the form checker at the end will not let you efile until you put a number or the correct statement in the box. I have learned to delete the form. It is hard to remember to do that each year,

Needs more explanation for each step

It needs more explanation for each step in the step-by--step as some of the things are complicated, and the explanation is lacking on those. I had to use Chat GPT a lot to explain things that the software itself didn't explain well, and Chat GPT did a better job explaining then the help available within TurboTax.
