I continued to have issues when trying to save my tax forms. Print program continued flashing an error message stating my tax form has an error. However, I reviewed my forms several times without error. I concluded that there must be a bug in the software.

Terrible interface between TurboTax and QBO!

It was pretty easy, but getting information from QuickBooks online into TurboTax was a pain in the keester. The support team didn't know how to do it, but I was able to do some research on my own and figure out a workaround. I had to find the migration tool, install a trial version of QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop, use that to import a QBXML file generated by some crazy app, then create a QBW file, then import that file into TurboTax. That's insane! And what should have taken 5 minutes took about 3 hours. Sad.

Turbox Tax is OK -- Intuit Sucks

Turbox Tax Business 2024 is about like normal.... usable but quirky. It sucks that it doesn't import data directly from older versions of Quickbooks even though the data file is dead simple. This is yet another attempt by Intuit to strong-arm you into "updating" to QB online so you can pay a subscription fee every year for a product that never really changes.
