The recent update(s) clashed with Windows and C++. This caused a week delay in our work and many hours of troubleshooting before we could finish our returns.

Good experience. Would never return to any other type of filing for my farm business. The Virginiz return is not quite as intuitive and you can make a wrong turn if not careful

Unfortunately, the Quick Books online does not allow for download into the Turbo Tax Business software and subsequently the Turbo Tax Business software into the Turbo Tax personal Federal and State tax forms. This causes more time spent to key information into each software.

Turbo Tax is Great!

I had an issue transmitting the e-file that left me confused and unable to complete my tax returns for my S-corp business for 3 days because I was told the error would be fixed on Monday by previous Turbo Tax reps. I received help on the 4th day from a Turbo Tax Expert who went through my system, and we found an error in the size of my e-file form 8483-CORP. After correcting the document's size, I could transmit my e-file document.

Poor product - not work the money.

This is a clunky and confusing software. It was easier to do it long handed by myself last year. The real death nail is that it doesn't even work with Quickbooks Online. It requires you to export QBO data to QB desktop version if you would like it pull in QB data - totally laughable.
