Major misslead

The question regarding "Pass through business" is misleading, and in the wrong place. It should be the first item on the agenda, It is also backwards asking if this should be a pass through. By selecting this check box you are telling the IRS that the members are not liable for taxes, and that the business will pay. It needs to be clarified or re-worded.

Pretty easy to use. I wish you could put in notes in sections to help you remember what they're looking for (and would carry over year to year. I little customizing.
