THE REP THAT WE HAD WAS YOUR EMPLOYEE, DEEP. HE WAS EXCELLENT. NONETHELESS, YOUR SYSTEM IS NOT INTUITIVE AT ALL. IT TAKES A LOT OF EFFORT TO UNDERSTAND IF WE ARE GOING ABOUT THE FILING IN THE APPROPRIATE MANNER.

1099-B error requiring override

Marilyn was helpful in working around an issue with 1099-B inputs. Checked box indicating reported to IRS, but software was not accepting. Had to Override to get the correct box checked. Then could not E-file due to the override. Had this same problem in 2023. Needs to be fixed.

The Turbotax Advantage assistance along with using Glance I received for Partnership Form 1065 was
extremely helpful and the mannet in which my issue was resoved gave confidence the information and

Confusing New system to get my software

In the past I have always Purchased the Business Tax Software locally and installed it onto my PC. This year NO ONE had the software in the stores. I opened the Website and tried downloading the product but the links kept sending me to the online version. After I finally got to the download page it had 2 downloads in my folder I hope I am not charged twice.
