Exceeded Expectations

I recently purchased the Ecoflow Delta2 to provided backup power to our home during power outages. So far it has exceeded my expectations. The battery has lasted longer than expected so I'm looking for more things to power. A nice feature that I wasn't expecting is the UPS feature. I have my mini frig plugged into the Delta 2 so that when power goes out, the Delta 2 automatically switches over from home AC power to battery backup. Although the battery lasts longer than expected, the ability to add extra batteries in the future was a key feature since I didn't know what my power requirements will be in the future.

80% of the things are great about the EcoFlow DELTA 2 the strongest con I have is that the unit only has two three prong ac outlets on the rear.

Reliable Power Solution During Extreme Weather

I purchased the Delta 2 generator one month ago, and it was put to the test during a recent storm with 90 mph straight-line winds in Omaha. That evening, 216,000 people lost power. I was able to connect our fridge, laptop, and phones to the Delta 2. We also have the smaller River version, which we used to power two large fans so we could get some sleep.
Even after 14 hours, the DELTA 2 was still running my fridge! While everyone in the city was concerned about losing their groceries, I felt at peace knowing that even if the power didn't come back on for the next seven days, as predicted by the power company, I could recharge the generator with solar power in a couple of hours and reconnect my fridge.
Later that day, our power was restored, and I lent the DELTA 2 to a co-worker who was still without electricity. He was incredibly impressed by the ingenuity of this product. I am proud to have been prepared and felt a sense of peace knowing we would get through the storm's aftermath safely.

All I can say is "WOW!!!" This unit is freaking awesome. I never realized how far solar has advanced in my nearly 60 years but I saw this little gem on sale for Thanksgiving so I got a REALLY GOOD deal on the Delta 2 with two- 110v portable PVs. Even though I'm mainly going to be using it in our cabin I wanted something mobile and THIS hits the spot. My calculations were apparently way off because I thought this unit was going to barely keep our TV, router, fan and light on but it does WAY MORE than that!! Plus it charges in like an hour plugged into 110v on the wall. I can look and control things via the app if I want.. I really can't think of a negative except maybe the fact that now I REALLY want to add the extra battery and pretty much run our entire cabin during blackouts. I'm building a small rack in our yard to secure the panels at the correct angle and keep the lowlifes from running off with them!! smh I did just put them outside and it was putting off tons of free power. So if you were like me and felt solar was too expensive... these smaller more affordable units do so much when it comes down to it! Go for it!!

Bought to keep on boat while away

Bought it to keep on my boat while it’s moored offshore and we aren’t staying on it to run genset. Was hoping for it to keep mini fridge running while gone so I don’t have to empty it everytime we leave the boat. Problem is if you have a few cloudy days and solar can’t keep up and you kill the battery it won’t automatically turn the outlets back on even after getting charged from solar… there is no WiFi to connect. So I wouldn’t count on this being a viable source of power for your off grid location unless you plan on being there all the time to monitor it.

I am enjoying my new Delta 2 . It very portable and easy to use and to connect any devices. I use it to connect my tv, cellphones, standup lights also my router during power outages. Sometimes I use it weekly to charge and discharge the Delta 2 . I also bring it for long trips incase of emergency or to my daughter house. My daughter and her husband saw it and like it so much so they decided to buy one too. It’s worth the price and peace of mind to have one! Thank you Ecoflow! Ag

I bought this a month ago to use at our cabin. We took it out of the box and charged it. It charged as advertised. We used it on our Christmas tree lights to test it. It ran for about 7 hours at 110 watts. I called the company to find out if that was what to expect. We were able to talk to someone quickly and got all our questions answered.

Delta 2 is best in 500-1500Ah range. Made my second purchase of Delta 2. First was for my daughter for camping. This one's for me. Incredibly fast charge time. LiFePO4 gives you long cycle life. Best price performer. EcoFlow has great tech support and backs it up with 60-month warranty.
