Cleans my floors from wall to wall- edges included!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My household is no stranger to Bissell products- in fact they have been our go-to cleaning machines for the past 5 years. I have owned multiple versions of the Crosswave, but this new one absolutely is the best. We've all been there, we just finished cleaning the floor in the kitchen, but now we have to go back through with the attachment wand, crouch down, and vacuum up all along the base boards as our vacuum got close but couldn't quite get it all. Not anymore! The Crosswave OmniForce Edge really does live up to it's name and it gets right up against the edges. I'll be honest, I have no idea what they did differently, but whatever it was, it works. This has saved me a substantial bit of time, as well as saved my back. The rest of the machine continues to live up to the greatness of previous Crosswaves. I love the convenience of being able to simultaneously vacuum and mop (as most of my home are hardwood or vinyl floors). It also does an excellent job on the area rugs located throughout my home. This one is one of the first that allows me to straight vacuum without needing to mop simultaneously, and that is super helpful for quick clean ups. I only have a couple things I wish were different, and they all involve the clean-up once i am done using the vacuum. I wish that it wasn't such a process to clean out the canister and rolls each time. I think we're in a pretty good groove- we keep a clean roller on the stand and then place it in the vacuum after we take out the one we just used and stand it in the roller to dry. This seems to keep the mildew smell eliminated, but if you forget to remove that roller after running the vacuum mop you will certainly regret it. Additionally, if we need to clean up the filter, we can't use the vacuum again for 24 hours as we have to wait for it to be fully 100% dry. Overall, however, these are small hiccups and things we can move past. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for sending me this vacuum!

Perfect Cleaning Tool with Kids and Pets

I have primary hard floors in my house and they require a lot of vacuuming and mopping with a dog, baby, and toddler around. This wet-dry vac is saving tons of cleaning time and much more efficient than a mop at getting our floors clean. It leaves behind minimal water for a very fast drying time. It's not too loud and doesn't scare the kids or dog! It's very lightweight and easy to maneuver under tables and right up to the edges of the room. It handles a variety of messes from food to dirt to dog hair. I like how the liquid and solids separate in the dirty canister for quick disposal. For the few carpets and rugs around our house, it did a phenomenal job as a standard vacuum as well. Thank you Stellar Product Testing Panel for this handy wet-dry vac. It is a new staple in my household and we love it so much!

This tool is the best all in one wet/dry vac I have ever used! This has made cleaning a breeze for me with children, pets, and having predominately hardwood floors. It was overall easy to use and assemble and so intuitive! I love the ability to vacuum and clean up liquid messes all at the same time. I've also liked the ability to vacuum over and freshen up our area rugs. This vacuum has made cleaning a breeze for me and helps me keep my house cleaner because it is so easy! The vacuums edge cleaning technology was so great and easy to use and maneuver into the corners of our kitchen flooring and under cabinets. This product is extremely versatile. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had a lot of wet mops, steam mops, and even two other wet/dry vacs before receiving the CrossWave OmniForce Edge from Stellar Product Testing. After all these machines, my standards are pretty high these days. I need cordless. I need the battery to last. I need wet mopping and dry vacuuming capabilities. I need self-cleaning. I need a cleaning solution I can easily get my hands on. In the past, I was getting 3 or 4 out of my 5 wants. Even then, I never really complained about that crumb peeking out from the spot between the baseboard and the floorboard. After all, nothing but a vacuum wand would pick that up, so why complain? You can't have everything, right? Well, YES YOU CAN. Let me tell you something-this baby meets all 5 of my needs and my 6th unspoken want. I'm not picking that crumb out anymore to feed it to my floor cleaner. Nope. I'm not sucking it out with my big vacuum's wand anymore. The OmniForce Edge gets them every single time. Of course, I love that it's cordless, the battery lasts, it mops, it vacuums, and I can get the cleaning solution from stores I already shop at. But the best part? It gets those edges so clean, I didn't even know that was possible. My search ends here!

Great wet mop for effeicient cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this is nice for everyday use, especially during the winter and muddy seasons. As a wet mop, this is a great everyday tool to use to clean up messes from my kids and dogs. Especially when the the weather isnt great and the kids bring in a mess. However, when combined with the vaccuum, you lose a little power and I prefer a straight vacuum to clean up all the dog hair tat accumulates in our house. The interface is super easy to use, and the battery life is long enough for my use. I also like the docking station as it is always nce to have a place for things. I also like the ease of use as my kids can use it and do a pretty good job cleaing up. My biggest drawback is cleaning after every use. And having to wait 24 hours for the filter to dry. If I dont do this, it gets very stinky very quickly, and sometimes when my kdis use it, they dont clean it and it stinks. However, the benefits of everyday wet mop ease of use outweigh this. So thank you to the Stellar Testing Panel for allowing me to try this and add to my arsenal of everyday cleaning tools.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I love this mop/vac combo. I had one that plugged in to the wall and it was cumbersome to deal with the cord. This is so easy and I am much more apt to bring it out more often without the cord. I love that it stops going automatically when you stand it up in an upright position (sIt turns off). I love all the tech where it tells you when the battery is low, when the tank is full and when you need more water and cleaning solution. I can't tell you how often I would do a whole section of my house only to get in the right light and realize no water had come out because I was out on my old one! It sucks up cheerios and all the black lab dust bunnies we have around the house thanks to our human and fur babies. Overall fantastic product. Easy to clean too. Love the self cleaning feature that works with it standing! My old one I had to lean back to make the spinner roll on a clean cycle which was annoying since these are normally stored up against a wall. Love the edge cleaning feature and I do notice it works great and gets a really close clean on the right edge. I wish it went a little flatter going under furniture. Ht it does go fairly low. Definitely lower than my old corded one. Love that it has the two suction powers as well as the ability to work just as a vacuum. If I've sucked up a bunch of dog hair sometimes I'll notice maybe it's not getting it so well but it's really not that noticeable and we have a TON of dog hair. I received this as part of the Stellar product testing panel.

My New BFF

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was lucky enough to be selected as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel for the new CrossWave OmniForce Edge and did it change my life. Through the years I have used various products and mops that have worked temporarily but required a huge amount of physical exertion for a little noticeable difference. I am a SAHM with three boys and an indoor outdoor cat who track in dirt, mud, sand and who knows what else. After using the CrossWave the first time I was in love. I finally could notice (and smell, seriously the clean smell is so good) a difference! The house felt refreshed, the floor looked and felt (no more sandy bare feet overstimulation) amazing. The wet/dry function was effortless (no more scrubbing till I'm sweaty) and the edge function got the bottom of most of my baseboards. I love being able to see the dirty tank and feel good about the sanitizing mode for back to school germs we will face next month. The device is simple to setup and simple to clean. So yeah, top of the top A+ product!

Not only do you get both but it's also cordless and ahas awesome suction power! It took me about 10 min to set it up out of the box and I've used it multiple times a day since I got it. The vacuum gets really close to the baseboards and the mop does a really nice job on my lighter colored hardwood floors. Bissell does not disappoint with this product. I've tried other cordless options and frankly they don't even come close to this one. Great product and great help with cleaning!
