[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our CrossWave OmniForce Edge. I have completely replaced my regular mop with this wet-dry mop, because it saves so much time and effort. We have 3 young children and two dogs, so having the ability to properly clean messes and spills without having to get out a mop and bucket is great. A good amount of my toddlers meals seem to end up on the floor. I was skeptical, but the powermop setting does a very good job cleaning up spilled foods. It easily picks up the solid foods and actually cleans the floor all at once. I also use the wet-dry vac 1-2 times a week to clean all the tile floors in our house. It does a great job cleaning all the way to the wall, getting under tables and chairs, and our floors dry quickly after cleanings. I do like that its cordless, however I do wish the battery lasted a bit longer. I have about 2000 sq ft of hard floors and usually can only do about half the floors on one battery charge. What really made this tool a gamechanger though was the self cleaning feature. Usually cleaning tools like this is time consuming and gross. This was super easy, just press the clean cycle button and take out the cleaned brush roller to dry. Overall, we are very happy with the CrossWave OmniForce Edge. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this wet and dry vacuum.

Perfect for a house with pets & a toddler!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell CrossWave OmniForce Edge has been a great addition to our cleaning lineup. I did receive this product through the Stellar Product testing panel, but all thoughts are my own. Having a house with pets and a toddler we are not new to regular messes - the CrossWave Omni Force Edge has really helped us keep our floors clean without lugging out a large vacuum and mop. It was super easy to set up and get started - we love the docking/charging station and because it's so convenient to use we leave it out 24/7 to grab quickly for spills or other messes. I love that you can do a quick vac or turn on the mopping function to do a more deep clean. We've found that the battery lasts for a good 25 minutes on the mop function which is plenty of time to clean quick messes or mop the full kitchen and living room area. We also love the cleaning feature where it self-cleans the brush roll. The reason for four stars are a few things I think could be improved. First, it does need fully cleaned after and this requires taking it apart and leaving the brush roll out to dry - not a big deal but it does add an extra step and if you don't the brush roll will smell. The brush roll and front plate are also kind of tricky to get back on which I found to be frustrating. My next issue is how often the brush roll needs replaced, it recommends every few months meaning you'll be paying for a new brush roll 3-4 times a year which can add additional cost on top of the machine. Last, while it is super convenient overall, it does not fully replace our larger vacuum and mop for deep cleans, this really is for quicker clean ups, I don't find it to be powerful enough for deep cleans. I also wish there was more suction power on the mop to dry the floor more quickly. I will say the convenience of the mop/dry and general ease of use have balanced out some of the quirks or issues we experienced. And we love modern look of it and the digital screen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the CrossWave OmniForce Edge as part of the product testing panel for Stellar Reviews. The vac is very versatile, allowing you to clean bigger messes with both the power modes (power vac for dry messes requiring increased suction) and (power mop for pet messes, baby messes, toddler messes, kitchen spills, etc. requiring dual wet and dry cleaning) which is amazing to have essentially the benefits of 2 machines in 1, eliminating storage needs. My favorite aspect of this vac is the ability to utilize it as a cordless machine, not requiring constant plugging/unplugging as you transition from room to room when using for routine cleaning. This vac cleans better and offers more power than my old device which also required being plugged in so I would definitely recommend to friends. The only downside I can think of (if any) is the charging station is more than just a single plug so does take up some room - it would be nice if it were able to be even smaller. Overall I would rate the CrossWave OmniForce Edge 5 stars!

It was super easy to get the hang of how to use this and I love that I'm able to use the Bissell cleaner in this machine, not only for cleanliness but also to keep my home feeling and smelling fresh- vital with kids and pets! I like using turbo mode option to really up the cleaning power of the machine. It's not crazy lightweight but it also isn't heavy and it's a breeze to navigate. It gets into corners pretty well and goes right underneath most of my furniture. It's fairly easy to empty, although I have had an issue a couple times where if pieces aren't put FIRMLY back together the bottom wants to drop out and mess spills everywhere- I'm thinking this was user error on my part though! It would also be awesome if it came with 2 rollers only because the dry time is 24 hours and there always seems to be an unexpected mess before then and I have to use another option since the roller isn't ready to go! This handles the pet hair in my home way better than our previous machine and overall I truly do love using this because it does a great job in general and makes my life easier as I care for my home and family!

The vacuum sucked in a good way!!!

I absolutely had a great time getting to know this product! The vacuum worked wonderfully! Glided well, lightweight, fun on/ off noises and kept a long charge. It vacuumed very well over my rugs without the turbo on. My favorite part of this product was the charging station. The instructions were nice and clear making it fairly easy to put together and how to use as well. I am only giving this a 3 star because I think the mopping feature needs some improvement. Once you use the mopping feature the battery starts to drain quickly. It left a lot of streaks on several types of surfaces. After you are finished with a job the dirty water plus debri are in the same containers making it very difficult to clean out especially with pet hair. I still use the vacuum daily and works great, however I have no intention to continue useing it to mop.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

How did I live without it?!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to thank Stellar Product Testing Panel for sending me this wet-dry vacuum to review! It has been an absolute game changer!!! My son is 16 months old and meal time makes it look like a food bomb went off in my kitchen. The many problems with toddler food messes are, you don't have time to clean them up right away usually, they generally need to dry before you can vacuum them up, they tend to be sticky and hard to remove, and it's usually a several step process. I have tried other brands of wet-dry vacs but they were all so complicated to set up and a pain to clean afterwards that they wound up just creating more work for me in the end. With the CrossWave OmniForce Edge clean up is simple, quick, and so easy! One pass under the table and I'm done! I was amazed at how deeply it cleaned! The attachments picture is from the day after we had actually mopped the kitchen with a regular mop. The CrossWave picked up SO much dirt that we had missed! My only complaint is that it is hard to plan my cleaning so that all of the edges get done since only the one side of it gets all the way to the edge. You kind of have to plan your mopping ahead of time and work around the room's edges first. Not a huge problem all in all! Overall it is a phenomenal machine that has made my life with a toddler substantially easier!!!

My New BFF

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was lucky enough to be selected as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel for the new CrossWave OmniForce Edge and did it change my life. Through the years I have used various products and mops that have worked temporarily but required a huge amount of physical exertion for a little noticeable difference. I am a SAHM with three boys and an indoor outdoor cat who track in dirt, mud, sand and who knows what else. After using the CrossWave the first time I was in love. I finally could notice (and smell, seriously the clean smell is so good) a difference! The house felt refreshed, the floor looked and felt (no more sandy bare feet overstimulation) amazing. The wet/dry function was effortless (no more scrubbing till I'm sweaty) and the edge function got the bottom of most of my baseboards. I love being able to see the dirty tank and feel good about the sanitizing mode for back to school germs we will face next month. The device is simple to setup and simple to clean. So yeah, top of the top A+ product!

Great for daily use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a few weeks of trying this vacuum out, we like it a good bit. It's definitely better than our old corded stick vacuum that someone passed along to us, but not quite as nice as some higher end ones. First the pros. It's cordless. You'd be surprised how much time and effort it feels like you save when you can just grab and go instead of unwinding a cord and plugging it in. It doesn't sound like much, but it can make the difference between "I don't want to deal with this more than weekly" and "oh look some fuzz let me get that up real quick." It's easy to maneuver and feels light to roll around as well, compared to our old stick vacuum. It has good suction, so you don't have to go over the same spot too many times to get everything. It stays pretty smooth across different surfaces too. The battery life display is quite clear and intuitive. When you stand it upright, it turns itself off automatically to save you a step. I should note a few things holding it back, though. The vacuum front/head is pretty thick to accommodate the mop and the vacuum does not lay flat, so you're not going to get very far underneath most furniture unless it's pretty high like a dining chair or table. Unlike our old vacuum, it does not have lights on it to see what you're picking up in dimly lit areas. While it's pretty light to maneuver, it is a bit heavy to actually lift up off the ground. We had a little trouble working out the mop. I am very sensitive to smell, so I could not use the included mixture. We tried using our usual cleaning solution, but it bubbled up too much and set off the "bucket full" sensor whenever we tried to use the mop. Cleaning the vacuum with the mop bucket was honestly not that much worse than cleaning a regular vacuum, but since it's liquid you probably don't want to leave it over multiple uses so it's a bit more work. Overall, we are pleased with this vacuum and thankful to have a chance to test it out via Stellar Product Testing Panel!
