[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the best wet dry vac I have ever used. With an older wet dry vac I had, the floors never seemed to get as clean as I'd like, but with this new Crosswave my floors have never been cleaner. I was able to get to spots I normally have to clean by hand, and it was so easy to maneuver all over my hardwood floors and tiled bathroom. I have a 4 year old son and a senior dog, and between the two we have no shortage of messes. There has not been a single mess that the Crosswave couldn't handle, including a full glass of milk that had fallen from the kitchen table and tiny pieces of dog kibble that our senior dog scatters around as he eats. Each time I clean with this machine, I am so certain my floor is getting very clean and the effort I'm putting in is worth it. I am sold on this as my absolute favorite wet dry vac, and I've been telling anyone and everyone about it. I got this machine as part of the Stellar Product Testing panel in exchange for my honest review. The packaging and directions were super easy to get the vacuum unpacked and ready for use. You do need to charge it for about an hour before the first use which was a bit hard because I was excited to get started! I was impressed by how easy it was to add water and begin cleaning the floors. I loved not having to sweep first and just jumping straight into 'mopping'. The Crosswave Omnifirce Edge is lightweight and easy to push. I was able to use it around my oven and even a toilet which is pretty tight quarters. If you have something that's kinda caked on a little, you may need to run the vacuum over it steadily for a bit. But it gets the job done. I was really impressed by how sparkly the floors got. I have cats so lots of hair and a toddler so lots of everything that can be thrown. I also really like that you can turn off the water feature and just rely on the vacuum if you want to pass it over an area rug. That's so much easier than dragging out a 2nd machine. Now the gross part of all mop vacuums - emptying the used water tank. I like to empty the tank directly into the toilet and flush it. There's a little filter thing that I think is supposed to be helpful in straining out the 'gunk'. I personally found it a little hard to reach and not very helpful. But it is satisfying to see how much filth you've gotten off your floors!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With a six-year-old, 1 year old and a puppy, our floors see plenty of spills and stains. We are vacuuming and wiping up messes literally every day, so I am grateful that I was given this wet and dry vacuum to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I like the sleek, modern looks of it and the fact that it isn't as bulky as lots of other wet-dry vacs. The instructions and quick guide were also very intuitive. The vac is very easy to maneuver. All you need is a slight push and it glides and changes directions effortlessly. Our home is hardwood with large area rugs. The suction power of this vac is average in my opinion. We also have another brand handheld vac that was still able to suck up more debris even after going over it with this vac. Even with the extra suction of the power vac mode, our other vacuum does a better job performance wise. I had plenty of opportunities to test the wet vac on our rugs, from dog poop & throw up to pasta sauce. I was actually surprised that all the stains were actually removed! I did try the edge cleaning technology and frankly, I just didn't see much from it. Overall, this wet-dry vac did a good job cleaning everyday messes. The vacuum suction power is something that could be improved, and because of that I will stick to dry vacuuming with my current vacuum. But I will definitely be using this in the future for necessary, and more frequent) area rug cleanings!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE this Bissell Crosswave OmniForce Edge. It works very quickly and easily. The battery lasts about 30 minutes. I am able to get my floors clean even using the max setting. I love how you can use it as a dry vacuum or a wet/dry. It charges right on the stand which also doubles as the self clean stand. That self clean is a game changer. I do run it twice but it works, I rinse the brushroll after and it's mostly clean. The machine is fairly quiet, not silent but definitely not super loud. I recommend using hot water, cold doesn't clean as well. The only con I experienced was stuck on stains do not come off even going over them multiple times. If you run this machine every night you probably won't experience this issue but I have five kids. Time is an issue and things definitely get missed around here. I did knock a star off for that because with kid and pet messes it should be able to handle some stuck on messes. However, the floors become SO clean after using. I was impressed I took a white paper towel to test it and it was still white! Thank you to Stellar Product Testing Panel for allowing me to test this and review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this wet/dry vacuum about a month ago, thanks to Stellar Product Testing Panel. I'll admit to being skeptical of the abilities claimed and how much I'd really opt to use this product over the vacuum and mop I already own. However from first unboxing and use- I was hooked! The CrossWave OmniForce Edge is sleek and stunning with its slim profile, classic and understated black coloring, and easy docking station (no ugly wires!); it isn't any larger than a typical cordless vacuum and looks great. With two younger kids and fostering dogs, this house has its fair share of Messes, spills, or other accidents. The crosswave quietly (see picture of Bluey NOT running away, but staring Rosie down!) grabs all of the gunk right up to the edge of the baseboards and allows me to quickly sanitize rugs and floors at the same time. A lifesaver for when little boys are learning how to aim, if you know what I mean! The machine is easy to use, both in operation and cleaning, taking the guessing work out with turbo mode and self cleaning feature. Even the dirty compartment strainer is designed so you automatically put it in the right way, helpful since you absolutely want the strainer when dealing with dog hair. The battery life isn't amazing, however this is made up for by the speed in which it charges back up! It has a bit of weight to it, so moving it up and down stairs takes some muscle, no worse than a typical corded vacuum though... or full mop bucket. I find myself gravitating to the crosswave over my leading premium brand cordless vacuum and making the excuse to mop my floor or room at the same time. THAT is an excuse to have this product in and of itself!

Easy to use, would love a little extra power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the CrossWave OmniForce Edge wet-dry vac as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I've never used a wet-dry vac before and it was super satisfying to see the vac turn clean water into dirty water as evidence of the non-visible filth of my seemingly clean floor. You know, when you can feel grime but can't really see it? But that was only if I used it on the Power mode, which meant it circulated a lot of water pretty quickly, and I had to refill the tank in order to get through my whole kitchen floor. So I wish the base mode was a little more powerful, but it's super easy and intuitive to use - easy to store, easy to maneuver. You really can use it to vacuum up anything, the only downside being that anything solid will need to be cleaned out of the vacuum's trap, and it can get a little yucky. My household doesn't have a ton of spills, but my kitchen floor takes a beating and always feels dirty. It felt MUCH cleaner after using this wet-dry vac, although maybe a little streaky. Overall, I'm a fan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wet-dry vac has made cleaning my kitchen and dining area a breeze, even with my toddler's food all over the ground! I primarily used it after meal times to clean up both wet and dry messes that my dog passed up. I have to say that the vacuum had great suction power and left my hardwood floors shiny and spotless. The edge cleaning technology was superb and easy to use and maneuver - it even got those crumbs under the edge of the cabinets. It didn't work as well on my area rug under the sink, sometimes it left a little water on the rug or on the floor around the rug. But when I stuck to just the wood floor, it was perfect. It is important to clean out the dirty water and pet debris after every use so it doesn't stink. I was given this wet and dry vacuum to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I will continue to use it!
