[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this wet and dry vacuum. At my age, a good vacuum brings me joy, and if I had to describe this product in one word, it would be "satisfying." My toddler loves to throw and play with his food, leaving a big mess after each meal. His high chair sits on an area rug that can get pretty gross very quickly. I don't even stress about it anymore because I have this vacuum. With one button, I vacuum his leftover scraps. One more button, and my rug is being cleaned with the wet vac function. No more pasta sauce or yogurt embedded in my rug between washes! I love that you can use the turbo feature for extra cleaning power on both the dry and wet settings. Here's my favorite part: after docking my vacuum and pressing the self-clean button, it runs an impressive and quick self-cleaning function. It's so satisfying to dump out the dirty water and see just how much extra stuff this vacuum picked up. The only con is cleaning out the dirty water and filter after vacuuming. It's not necessarily a "dump and go" situation, which I would normally prefer. However, I'll take the extra two minutes of cleaning time after vacuuming to have cleaner floors and a cleaner vacuum. This is my new favorite vacuum by far, and I'd definitely recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell CrossWave OmniForce Edge has been a great addition to our cleaning lineup. I did receive this product through the Stellar Product testing panel, but all thoughts are my own. Having a house with pets and a toddler we are not new to regular messes - the CrossWave Omni Force Edge has really helped us keep our floors clean without lugging out a large vacuum and mop. It was super easy to set up and get started - we love the docking/charging station and because it's so convenient to use we leave it out 24/7 to grab quickly for spills or other messes. I love that you can do a quick vac or turn on the mopping function to do a more deep clean. We've found that the battery lasts for a good 25 minutes on the mop function which is plenty of time to clean quick messes or mop the full kitchen and living room area. We also love the cleaning feature where it self-cleans the brush roll. The reason for four stars are a few things I think could be improved. First, it does need fully cleaned after and this requires taking it apart and leaving the brush roll out to dry - not a big deal but it does add an extra step and if you don't the brush roll will smell. The brush roll and front plate are also kind of tricky to get back on which I found to be frustrating. My next issue is how often the brush roll needs replaced, it recommends every few months meaning you'll be paying for a new brush roll 3-4 times a year which can add additional cost on top of the machine. Last, while it is super convenient overall, it does not fully replace our larger vacuum and mop for deep cleans, this really is for quicker clean ups, I don't find it to be powerful enough for deep cleans. I also wish there was more suction power on the mop to dry the floor more quickly. I will say the convenience of the mop/dry and general ease of use have balanced out some of the quirks or issues we experienced. And we love modern look of it and the digital screen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this wet and dry vacuum to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. We could not be happier! The two in one vacuum and mop are really easy to toggle between. The vacuum pulls in the dog hair as you approach it, almost looks like a magnet sucking it in. This helps avoid build up on baseboards. The wet vac part has been so great for quick easy kid spills; most recently cereal and milk. It not only picks it up but it cleans the area as well. The battery life is great, and we can clean our entire house (2,700sqft) on one charge. For what it is, it's also quite light and quiet. I was not in the market for this, but being able to test it out, I will never go just a vacuum again. It also transitions onto our area rugs well, and I have yet to run into an issue with dog hair or rug clean up clogging it. It's so easy to clean, take parts apart and then reassemble. Not a function of the product but I still don't know the best place to empty the dirty water/debris! I've been using water and vinegar to clean the floors and it's such a quick and smooth process; it doesn't soak it too much so dry time is also quick, which is great with kids and dogs already running over it immediately.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So when I first received this CrossWave Omniforce Edge I felt slightly overwhelmed at the instructions for different jobs, cleaning, disassembling & reassembling, etc. However, let me put your mind at ease; it is not difficult. The first time I followed the directions & realized it was actually quite intuitive to assemble & disassemble for cleaning and not overwhelming at all. After using many times, I really love this thing. It's light weight, I absolutely love that it's cordless, and I can get several cleaning tasks accomplished in the time it stays charged. I have used it to clean kids messes in the (both dry and wet) in the kitchen and dining room, many times on sticky messes left from drippings in the kitchen, to clean up pet hair, kitty litter, footprints, and cat messes, especially around the litter box. Each use has been super handy and saves me having to use multiple cleaning methods for each area. I do sometimes forget that I need to do all of my dry cleaning/Power Vac Mode (such as on low rugs) first because after you use the Power Mop Mode you'll need to clean and let parts dry for 24 hours before doing those areas. So be sure to do any dry only areas first before getting the wet areas. TheCrossWave Omniforce edge was able to very easily and efficiently get right up the edges of the floor/molding without leaving a strip that doesn't get clean. That's a huge benefit for me. Because of its light weight and the way the head tilts it's also very easy to maneuver in smaller spaces. It doesn't lay down quite as far as I'd like for under furniture but I have been able to reach most places without moving things around. Overall the suction and cleaning power is very good. On more difficult areas it's a good idea to make several small passes back and forth. I haven't had a mess yet that it hasn't tackled well. It leaves the floor just damp and quickly dries. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this wet & dry vacuum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The CrossWave OmniForce Edge is a great everyday cleaner. It is efficient at cleaning fresh messes and maintaining a tidy floor. It allows me to quickly keep my tile house clean with a toddler and black lab. The settings are intuitive and the display is easy to read - even turning upside down when in use! When my dog is shedding (which is always), I love that can do a quick vacuum to pick up large hair deposits before switching to wet mode with the same appliance. The edge cleaning feature even helps get all the hair stuck at the baseboards. It's such a time saver that I don't have to make sure every hair is gone before mopping! This makes the job more approachable - meaning my floor is clean more often. This is the perfect vacuum for a maintenance clean. No streaks and I can clean my entire downstairs (1,500 sq ft) on one charge (and 3 tank fills). It's nice that I can wet vac over rugs and it easily gets the tile tidy with little to no prep work (even from sticky juice and dog grime). However, I still prefer a steam cleaner for deep cleaning, as the CrossWave has great suction power but has trouble with stuck on bits. I received this to review through the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and it's definitely a keeper!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh my gosh, what an amazing product! I was sent this product by Stellar Reviews, and I'm so glad they sent it! We have a long haired pooch who is constantly causing chaos in the house with all his shenanigans, but they're no match for this All-in-One surface cleaner! My other cordless vacuum went straight into the trash. Highly recommend!!

Not Quite Perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wet-dry vac was incredibly easy to unbox and assemble. The design of the vac is very nice and sleek looking. I tried this on my kitchen tile floors first. It had some spots of stuck on food/gunk and was quite dusty/dirty since it's the highest traffic area in my home. I got an alert to empty the filter and tank before I could even finish. Due to the sleek, cordless, lightweight design of the wet-dry vac, the clean and dirty water tanks are a smaller capacity. Having to frequently dump and clean the tanks was frustrating. The edge cleaning technology just wasn't there. I tried everything but this machine just does not get close to the edges; it leaves a 1" gap along any edge. It did a good job cleaning the floors but couldn't quite get a couple really stuck on spots. This is where I wish there was a heat/steam element, but I understand that's probably not possible to combine with the vacuum design. (Maybe it is, and if it is, I vote for it!) The suction power is great. The self-cleaning function is just okay. It doesn't CLEAN the roller; it just sort of sucks off most of the dirty water from it. The roller needs to be hand washed with hot soapy water to really get it clean and ready for use again. I also found it tedious and gross cleaning the dirty tank and filter pieces after use. Everything must air dry before you can reassemble. In summary, I think this wet-dry vac is a great option for a small household with lighter messes. It is lightweight, easy to maneuver, quick to set up, has strong suction, and does a good job cleaning lighter messes. I wouldn't highly recommend it for a larger household with bigger messes since the tank capacity is a bit small and the machine didn't handle stuck on messes very well. Thank you to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this wet-dry vac in return for my honest review.
