Relief for floors and arms!

The digital display, lightweight design, and sleek modern look makes it look nice enough to not feel like I need to hide it in a closet. I'm so pleased! Now for the main functions - it works SO well! I was able to mop the floors of my living room (which had not been done since we moved in) and it definitely showed in the water. I was disgusted and relieved to see it! My floors are dark so grime and gunk are well hidden. I loved how easy it was to switch on the mop and glide over my floors. The seamless edge cleaning technology was also a game changer - no more following up on my knees to get what was left over! Did I mention - cordless?! Cordless means I won't need to find the nearest outlet for each section of the house and can go where I need to. I loved how the mop/vaccuum would stop automatically when it was placed in the upright position, which notified it that I was not mopping anymore. So much to love about this vacuum, and so much more once I get to the rest of my very much overdue for cleaning house!! Thank you Stellar for sending this to me to use!

This is my first wet dry vac and overall I thought it was a really nice addition to my cleaning routine. The vacuum was more powerful than I expected, but I probably won't fully replace my vacuum with it, but use that feature for quick cleans. Where I think the CrossWave really shines is the mopping feature. It was so quick and easy to mop I may never go back to a traditional mop. I also love that two types of cleaning solutions were included in the box. The box opening experience was great, the CrossWave was super easy to set up, and intuitive to use. I'll definitely be using it for mopping and quick vacuums.

This was honestly probably the highlight of my year so far! Sometimes it feels nearly impossible to keep a home clean when there are pets and kids! This wet and dry vac has helped make the impossible be possible! It works so well, and it's so easy to use that everyone in the house actually wants to use it! To highlight some of the amazing features: - While its most noticeable results are on the tile, this super hero vacuum will switch over to vacuuming on the carpets as well. - It is cordless, making it so easy to carry around. - The shape of the vacuum is designed to allow it to go snugly along the edges of the walls and easily under furniture. This in itself is a very unique and useful feature! - The vacuum really does do an amazing job at being all in one. Spills and stains are dealt with all at once no switching around from one bulky vacuum to another. No mops or brooms. - The stand of the vacuum is designed to hold all of the parts after it has been cleaned so that they can dry and be kept in one location. - Instructions for set up and clean up are clear and concise - The digital display is not only aesthetically attractive, but easy to read. - The suction is incredibly powerful for a cordless vacuum. Works a bit better on the tile thane carpet, but still leaves both extremely clean! - I do wish it had a longer amount of time between needed charges, but it still beats the duration of most others I have tried! Overall, I can't begin to emphasize how much this vacuum has become integral to our household. I love, love, love it!!

My new favorite vacuum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this vacuum to try as part of the Stellar Testing Panel and LOVED IT! I have 3 kids (ages: 5, 3, 1) and a 60lb dog. I have had 2 different wet vacuums and a dry vacuum from other companies and I like this one better. 1. The others could not vacuum dry, only wet. I have alway had another vacuum for dry vacuuming but being able to do both with one vacuum (especially in my kitchen) was so much easier! I also didn't have to worry if there was dog drool or the baby's cup spilled some water because it would get that right up also. I wouldn't normally vacuum those things up with a dry vacuum. 2. This vacuum suction is better than my other higher end brand stick vacuum. The stick vacuum I have won't get the edges by the walls or under cabinets. It won't even vacuum up a cheerio in the middle of the floor but this Bissell wet/dry vacuum does! My dog does "clean up" most of the babies big crumbs but there is still tons left after the dog's clean up that this vacuum gets easily. 3. Being able to use this wet vacuum on my area rugs was a huge bonus!! I have washable rugs but the 2 rugs that the kids and dog are on most of the time are 9x10 so I have to take them to a laundromat to wash them as they are too big for my washer. I had 3 stains already on them when this vacuum arrived and I took before and after pictures. It got out most of some spilled coffee and chocolate but not the acrylic paint. (I'll add the comparison picture of this.) 4. It's easy to keep clean. I only do dry vacuuming during the day, then at night I wet vacuum the kitchen plus whichever other floors may need it, and then clean the vacuum. 5. I can clean my whole house with only having to refill the solution twice. With my other one I would run out before I even finished the kitchen. I also have not ever ran out of power doing my house. I think I typically still have 30% left when I finish when I finish the house. I haven't even used my other 2 vacuums on our hard floors since getting this.

Versatile Vac

I previously used another wet dry vac that I felt wasn't as effective and left more streaks/dirt when using the wet feature. I was able to use this after my 2.5 year old dropped a camp science project that left oil and seeds on the floor and it was made cleaning much easier than the usual multiple product situation I find myself in. It was relatively to use straight out of the box but I found myself reviewing directions just to make sure I didn't make any set up mistakes. Definitely a great addition to our house. I received this product as part of the Stellar Testing Panel

An effective and useful cleaning tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] *I received this wet and dry vacuum from the Stellar Product Testing Panel.* I'd only seen devices like this on Cleantok before and had dismissed them as being gimmicky. Could a device possibly be effective at both sweeping and cleaning? Putting the device together and setting it up proved quite simple. I added the cleaning solution and included parts and away I went. The vacuum was powerful and made quick work of dust and dog hair. I was impressed and disgusted at how much debris had been on my floors. Using the mopping function proved to be even more shocking...the water quickly turned from clear to black. So, so gross yet so satisfying. The Crosswave Edge definitely made cleaning feel like a one-stop experience. I live in a condo with somewhat limited space and appreciated how streamlined the device and charger are. They fit into a small corner and don't take up much room. The device mops and vacuums my whole place on just about a full charge which is really satisfying and means I can get done cleaning quickly and efficiently. Pros: -Vacuums efficiently and emptying the vacuum is simple -Panel is easy to read and displays charge as you use it -Device is streamlined and with the base doesn't take up much space (I also love the built-in spaces in the stand for drying the filter and brush) -Does a decent job with caked-on stains and wet messes -Device stops when you lift it (saves power and stops unnecessary noise) -Don't have to hold down a button to use machine unlike some other vacuums Cons: -Device is a bit heavy and unwieldy and be hard to maneuver in smaller spaces -A bit annoying to clean all the pieces after every use...I don't think the self-cleaning function could be trusted to effectively clean the brush -The edge function wasn't as useful as I thought it would be...I didn't find it made a marked difference in cleaning hard-to-reach spaces Overall, I recommend this device. It makes the arduous task of cleaning faster, easier, and more fun.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a longtime fan of Bissell, so I was thrilled to receive the CrossWave OmniForce Edge from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I am very impressed with the mopping functionality of this product. The self-cleaning mechanism solves some of the major issues of a traditional mop. My only real complaint is that there was a bit of a learning curve the first time I transitioned from the dry vac to wet vac settings.

No longer having to use multiple bulky cleaning machines, this does it all! The suction of the vac is superb, getting every crumb even right up to the base boards. It even has a self cleaning function! It saves me so much time and frustration. It charges quickly and it has a great battery life, I can actually clean my whole house in 1 charge!
