[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the ease of use and ability to perform dry and/or wet vac. However, the 1/2 plastic piece that is used to attach the roller left a 1/2 inch area that was not cleaned and left a 1/2 inch void in the wet feature. This resulted in streaks. Additionally the edge technology did not work. There was a large gap at my baseboards again leaving streaks when mopping. I had to return and pay for a return label even though the machine didn't work. Very dissapointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Loved it until it broke

Excellent idea but needs improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this wet and dry vacuum. This vacuum would be 5 stars from me if the mop feature worked properly but because it did not, I cannot rate it that high. I am a mom to two toddlers and have a heavy shedding dog. My home has a combination of tile, hardwoods, rugs, and laminate flooring. This vacuum was used for pet hair, snack crumbs from kids, and the usual traffic dirt. It does a great job at vacuuming the pet hair/crumbs/dirt. The edge technology is very nice and worked as advertised. I had no issues vacuuming my thin/medium thickness rugs. I used the turbo suction feature for my medium rug and it worked well. I still had to use my larger cord vacuum for my living room rug but that was expected since it is a very thick/coarse wool rug. I have a 1400sq ft home and was able to vacuum the whole thing on one charge. This vacuum is high tech and has fancy features which I've never experienced in a vacuum before like alerts when the canister is full. Now for the cons: The highly anticipated mop feature didn't work well. It mops very streaky and because of that, I still had to get out my old mop/bucket. I tried troubleshooting it with the guide provided but still had issues. It was a brand new mop so there's no way it could have been clogged. It seemed as though only one half of the mop would get wet. I'm assuming there was a bad part which prevented it from working properly. Another con was the maneuverability. It is not terrible but it wasn't great either. And lastly, the cleaning process (after using the mop feature) is tedious. There are multiple parts that need to be disconnected/reassembled and you will be unable to use the vacuum again (for dry messes) for at least a day while the brush is drying. If you had a second roller brush, that could help that issue. Overall, the vacuum I received is a great stick vacuum for dry messes but I will not use it for mopping. Thanks again for this opportunity.

It's. Mop AND Vacuum!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first opened the vacuum and put it together I was honestly a bit skeptical. I had a hard time figuring out exactly how to get it started and where the water needed to go. Once I realized that I was filling water in the empty tank and started using the machine, all doubts were gone. This machine is going to radically improve my quality of life: unfortunately, my cats have a tendency to drag feces around my basement. With the Crosswave OmniForce Edge, I never have to bend down to clean up poop again! And my kitchen, dinning room and living room floors all look shinny more often. It's so simple and easy to use and an effective cleaning tool. The edger is great for getting up close to walls and under counters, but its strong cleaning force is the highlight for me! I highlight recommend it! Thank you to the Stellar Reviews Testing Panel for providing this vacuum - err, mop, or me to test.

Great for kitchen messes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is honestly something I never knew that I needed but it makes my life so much easier! My kids are constantly throwing food on the ground and make such a huge mess during meals. The food is always wet or damp so I can't use a regular vacuum to vacuum it up and when I use a broom it just spreads the mess around. I always had to go on my hands and knees to clean the mess. Since getting this machine, cleaning up after meal time has been so much easier! I love how it can quickly pick messes and quickly mops my floor. It's really easy to use and it's fairly easy to clean the machine as well. The turbo mode even got rid of dried stuck on food. If you have young kids that make a huge mess during mealtimes this machine is a game changer! I also love how this machine is cordless. It makes going from room to room so much easier. This machine is lightweight and not bulky at all. I have a separate vacuum I use for heavy duty use, but this vacuum did a good job picking everything up. The basin is also really easy to empty out after vacuuming. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this wet and dry vacuum.

Good but could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to love this as I have an older version from 2020 that has a cord and has a fairly wide but typical edge to the wall and was excited about these upgrades. I will say the wireless worked great and allowed me to wash the entire main floor I one charge (and about 20% to spare) which was great! I enjoyed not having to stop and plug it in multiple times in a room then try to avoid dragging the cord through a wet spot. What I didn't love: the buttons, there are just too many of them which I felt was more complicated than the trigger my old one has. I had a hard time figuring out how to turn the turbo on and was actually hitting the self clean button more often than I wanted to. I also didn't feel like it was really any closer to the edge than my old one. If you don't have another crosswave to compare it to though, it's really a great vacuum mop option.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never in a million years thought I would have appreciated this wet-dry vac as much as I do! You don't realize that with traditional mops, all you are really doing is spreading the mess on the floor and barely picking it up. With the wet-dry vac, you can see the murky brown water in the tank from picking up all of the dirt that is on the floor. Overall impression of the OmniForce Edge wet-dry vacuum? LOVE IT! Never again will we go back to using traditional mops.. It was impressive how I was able to skirt corners very closely and the mop was able to vacuum up moisture super close to the walls. First time using it, I swept the floor before using the vacuum mop, but realized after the fact that I don't have to anymore! It will sweep and mop in the same session! After cleaning the floors, you do have to dump the dirty water and it was incredibly easy to rinse out the dirty tank and use it right away! With 2 toddlers under 4, we have put this through the ringer. From milk, juice and water spills, all the way to cereal, apple sauce and spaghetti sauce. All of which was easily cleaned with the wet-dry vacuum mop. All in all, I highly encourage this and am planning to use it for as long as possible! I received this product as part of Stellar product testing panel.

I was a little worried this was going to be complicated to use after glancing through the instruction booklet. Once I got of the courage to give it a try I was pleasantly surprised. As a vacuum it does most things you would want it to do. In addition it replaces the need for a mop and bucket which I have never liked having in my closet to begin with. It is sleek looking (if a vacuum/ mop/ can be called that). It is surprisingly easy to use and did a great job cleaning my kitchen floor after family with small kids were here (there were a lot of kids and lots of mess). I thinks this works surprising well - I was a bit skeptical but am so glad I was able to try as it makes cleaning so easy esp when entertaining
