Great for quick spills or one room clean ups

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, the CrossWave OmniForce is a versatile cleaner that makes it easy to keep your space clean in between deeper cleans. The wet mop function is great, especially for quick spills or one-room clean-ups. The dry vacuum suction leaves a little to be desired. While the addition of the edge cleaning function to this cleaner is a neat idea, it does cause you to do some weird maneuvering to actually get at the edges of the area you're cleaning. Thus, it is not easy to use in tight, enclosed areas. While the upkeep and maintenance is slightly time-consuming (ie. needing to take apart the water tanks and clean after each use), it is incredibly simple to take everything apart and put it back together again. I received the CrossWave OmniForce cleaner through the Stellar Product Testing Panel

Great wet and dry vacuum with excellent suction!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this wet and dry vacuum. This vacuum has been a lifesaver when it comes to cleaning up the little messes left behind by our 2 young children and our dog. The suction on the vacuum is powerful! It picks up all of the little hairs and crumbs around the house. I've also used it on the kitchen and entryway carpet. It does a great job at removing debris and offers 2 levels of suction depending on your need. The reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because I found emptying the vacuum to be a little cumbersome. There are multiple filters you'll need to remove and clean after use. But the vacuum makes up for it with a self-cleaning cycle you can run. I was also very impressed with its edge cleaning technology, where the roller brush went all the way to the edge of the vacuum. It made it very easy to clean along the baseboard where the dog hair loves to gather. We use this vacuum daily!

An effective and useful cleaning tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] *I received this wet and dry vacuum from the Stellar Product Testing Panel.* I'd only seen devices like this on Cleantok before and had dismissed them as being gimmicky. Could a device possibly be effective at both sweeping and cleaning? Putting the device together and setting it up proved quite simple. I added the cleaning solution and included parts and away I went. The vacuum was powerful and made quick work of dust and dog hair. I was impressed and disgusted at how much debris had been on my floors. Using the mopping function proved to be even more shocking...the water quickly turned from clear to black. So, so gross yet so satisfying. The Crosswave Edge definitely made cleaning feel like a one-stop experience. I live in a condo with somewhat limited space and appreciated how streamlined the device and charger are. They fit into a small corner and don't take up much room. The device mops and vacuums my whole place on just about a full charge which is really satisfying and means I can get done cleaning quickly and efficiently. Pros: -Vacuums efficiently and emptying the vacuum is simple -Panel is easy to read and displays charge as you use it -Device is streamlined and with the base doesn't take up much space (I also love the built-in spaces in the stand for drying the filter and brush) -Does a decent job with caked-on stains and wet messes -Device stops when you lift it (saves power and stops unnecessary noise) -Don't have to hold down a button to use machine unlike some other vacuums Cons: -Device is a bit heavy and unwieldy and be hard to maneuver in smaller spaces -A bit annoying to clean all the pieces after every use...I don't think the self-cleaning function could be trusted to effectively clean the brush -The edge function wasn't as useful as I thought it would be...I didn't find it made a marked difference in cleaning hard-to-reach spaces Overall, I recommend this device. It makes the arduous task of cleaning faster, easier, and more fun.

This is a great multi-functional product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] received this wet-dry vacuum from the Stellar Product Testing Program. As someone who likes to keep a clean house, I was super excited to test this wet-dry vacuum as I've never tried a wet-dry vacuum before. Currently, I have a cordless vacuum from a competitor brand and typically use a Bona mop. Having two functions in one machine is a win-win. To begin, this vacuum was really easy to begin using. The company included quick assembly instructions, and within minutes, my vacuum was plugged into the wall and charging. While it took some time to get fully charged, it was very easy to set up. Once it was charged, however, I started by trying the regular vacuum mode. While the suction is powerful, I noticed how quickly the battery drained, especially if you use the high-power mode. Overall, it's easy to use, but it's larger than my other vacuum cleaner and harder to reach more compact areas. Using the mopping feature (wet mode) was pretty good too. It seemed to work well and was a convenient add-on. I also feel like the liquid solution drained up quickly. Could be the sample sizes included, but just an observation. I just don't love that the machine itself is so bulky which makes it hard to get to the smaller nooks and crannies. I have dogs a cat and toddlers, so the messes and hair are never ending in my household, so it was fun to see the big dust bunnies disappear with this machine. The edge cleaning technology seems good though I wonder if the company could make the machine smaller and whether that would make cleaning even more effective? Who knows. Regardless, this seems like a great value machine. It may not be the sexiest looking, but it works quite well. I'd seek it out in the future and tell others about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this wet and dry vacuum from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Having two cats, two toddlers, and mostly wood floors, this vacuum is an absolute must! I loved that I was able to vacuum my area rugs in dry mode and then easily switch to the wet vacuum mode and clean my wood floors. We used this to clean up everyday toddler messes as well as weekly maintenance to keep our floors free of pet hair. The machine is cordless, cleans super close to baseboards and kitchen cabinets, has a strong suction, and leaves our floors looking and feeling clean! Overall, I highly recommend the CrossWave OmniForce Edge!

Awesome Cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE this Bissell Crosswave OmniForce Edge. It works very quickly and easily. The battery lasts about 30 minutes. I am able to get my floors clean even using the max setting. I love how you can use it as a dry vacuum or a wet/dry. It charges right on the stand which also doubles as the self clean stand. That self clean is a game changer. I do run it twice but it works, I rinse the brushroll after and it's mostly clean. The machine is fairly quiet, not silent but definitely not super loud. I recommend using hot water, cold doesn't clean as well. The only con I experienced was stuck on stains do not come off even going over them multiple times. If you run this machine every night you probably won't experience this issue but I have five kids. Time is an issue and things definitely get missed around here. I did knock a star off for that because with kid and pet messes it should be able to handle some stuck on messes. However, the floors become SO clean after using. I was impressed I took a white paper towel to test it and it was still white! Thank you to Stellar Product Testing Panel for allowing me to test this and review.

Game changer for parents with messy kids

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having 3 little kids I am constantly cleaning up multiple messes a day and my least favorite clean ups are liquids mixed in with solids. Whether it be food, paint or both, the Crosswave has been a game changer. It has both dry vac and wet vac options and both have great suction power. The vac is easy to use and very straightforward . I love the fact that it has what they call a zero gap function that vacuums right up against an edge. Also anything that is cordless really makes my day. I don't have to worry about the kids tripping over it or the dog chewing on the cord. What also sold me is the self cleaning function. With a press of a button, the vac goes through a clean cycle and you can see the dirt and gunk fly off the roller. Very satisfying. The only con is you have to clean out the roller brush as well as the dirty water chamber the same day you use it or else it smells nasty. I'm assuming that's the same for all the other wet/dry vacs out there. I received this through the Stellar Product Testing Panel but I can honestly say I would have bought this product with my own money after trialling it for the past 2 weeks.
