A game-changer for pet owners and parents.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Bissell CrossWave Edge through the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and I am thrilled to share my experience with this versatile wet-dry vacuum. As a pet owner with a dog, three cats, and a one-year-old, quick and efficient cleaning is very important to me. It's definitely improved the way I clean. Cleaning up after dinner with my son has never been easier. The edge cleaning technology was particularly impressive, allowing me to reach tight corners and along baseboards with ease. Although, I think having the edger on both sides of the brush would improve maneuverability in hard-to-reach places. The CrossWave Edge's ability to mop and vacuum at the same time is my favorite feature. The self-cleaning function is another standout aspect, making maintenance a breeze. I was initially concerned about the suction power in dry mode on carpets, but it actually outperformed my standard vacuum. This machine has become an indispensable part of my cleaning routine, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful and versatile cleaning solution.

Life-changing wet-dry vac!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wet-dry vac has made cleaning my kitchen and dining area a breeze, even with my toddler's food all over the ground! I primarily used it after meal times to clean up both wet and dry messes that my dog passed up. I have to say that the vacuum had great suction power and left my hardwood floors shiny and spotless. The edge cleaning technology was superb and easy to use and maneuver - it even got those crumbs under the edge of the cabinets. It didn't work as well on my area rug under the sink, sometimes it left a little water on the rug or on the floor around the rug. But when I stuck to just the wood floor, it was perfect. It is important to clean out the dirty water and pet debris after every use so it doesn't stink. I was given this wet and dry vacuum to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I will continue to use it!

Must have for homes with toddler or dogs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wet/dry vacuum mop truly cuts my cleaning time in half! My old process was to use a stick vacuum everywhere and then mop, but now I only have to go over my floors with one item instead of two. It also cleans much better than my old steam mop... I was shocked at how dirty the water in the reservoir was when I emptied it out, and seeing it gave me confidence that this thing is truly cleaning my floors and not just pushing dirt around! I LOVE that one of the edges cleans right up to the baseboards, and that the machine is slim enough to fit under the lip of the cabinets in the kitchen. That "edge" is 110% worth buying this model over the others so you don't have to bend over to wipe those areas by hand or get out a broom! At first I was nervous that the estimated battery life is only 30 minutes, as we have a 3000 sq ft home and the entire downstairs is hard surface. But it has plenty of charge time to clean the entire downstairs and I usually still have about 30% battery left when I'm done! And that's with using the "turbo mode" for half of the surfaces! The modes on the machine are super easy and intuitive to switch between and the turbo mode works great for areas where our toddler eats or does crafts. The ability to just use the vacuum only mode is great too when the dog drags in all the grass clippings in the summer. It's very easy to empty and refill the water/solution (I have to switch out the water once halfway through to finish cleaning our downstairs.) It's also easy to clean when I'm done using it and I appreciate the self cleaning feature to make sure no gunk stays trapped inside the machine! Overall I think the Crosswave Omniforce Edge is a must have for any home with hard surfaces, but particularly if you have little ones! Our extra time as parents is so scarce and valuable and the fact that this cleans so well in half the time would make the investment on one of these completely worth it! Relief for floors and arms!

The digital display, lightweight design, and sleek modern look makes it look nice enough to not feel like I need to hide it in a closet. I'm so pleased! Now for the main functions - it works SO well! I was able to mop the floors of my living room (which had not been done since we moved in) and it definitely showed in the water. I was disgusted and relieved to see it! My floors are dark so grime and gunk are well hidden. I loved how easy it was to switch on the mop and glide over my floors. The seamless edge cleaning technology was also a game changer - no more following up on my knees to get what was left over! Did I mention - cordless?! Cordless means I won't need to find the nearest outlet for each section of the house and can go where I need to. I loved how the mop/vaccuum would stop automatically when it was placed in the upright position, which notified it that I was not mopping anymore. So much to love about this vacuum, and so much more once I get to the rest of my very much overdue for cleaning house!! Thank you Stellar for sending this to me to use!

Great for Toddler Moms!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this wet and dry vacuum. At my age, a good vacuum brings me joy, and if I had to describe this product in one word, it would be "satisfying." My toddler loves to throw and play with his food, leaving a big mess after each meal. His high chair sits on an area rug that can get pretty gross very quickly. I don't even stress about it anymore because I have this vacuum. With one button, I vacuum his leftover scraps. One more button, and my rug is being cleaned with the wet vac function. No more pasta sauce or yogurt embedded in my rug between washes! I love that you can use the turbo feature for extra cleaning power on both the dry and wet settings. Here's my favorite part: after docking my vacuum and pressing the self-clean button, it runs an impressive and quick self-cleaning function. It's so satisfying to dump out the dirty water and see just how much extra stuff this vacuum picked up. The only con is cleaning out the dirty water and filter after vacuuming. It's not necessarily a "dump and go" situation, which I would normally prefer. However, I'll take the extra two minutes of cleaning time after vacuuming to have cleaner floors and a cleaner vacuum. This is my new favorite vacuum by far, and I'd definitely recommend it!

Awesome Cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE this Bissell Crosswave OmniForce Edge. It works very quickly and easily. The battery lasts about 30 minutes. I am able to get my floors clean even using the max setting. I love how you can use it as a dry vacuum or a wet/dry. It charges right on the stand which also doubles as the self clean stand. That self clean is a game changer. I do run it twice but it works, I rinse the brushroll after and it's mostly clean. The machine is fairly quiet, not silent but definitely not super loud. I recommend using hot water, cold doesn't clean as well. The only con I experienced was stuck on stains do not come off even going over them multiple times. If you run this machine every night you probably won't experience this issue but I have five kids. Time is an issue and things definitely get missed around here. I did knock a star off for that because with kid and pet messes it should be able to handle some stuck on messes. However, the floors become SO clean after using. I was impressed I took a white paper towel to test it and it was still white! Thank you to Stellar Product Testing Panel for allowing me to test this and review.

Superior Wet-Dry Vacuum

I'm a Mom of 3 boys and I have a dog who loves to roll around in mud, this vacuum has been a life changer! You can easily vacuum and mop all at once using this extremely effective and efficient product. The first time I used it I decided to clean my kitchen, half bath and laundry room. What would normally take me 45 or more minutes took me 30, plus my floors were cleaner than after I mop. I was thoroughly impressed with the ease of moving right to moping without having to fill up a bucket and get a mop. I was shocked by how much the vacuum is able to suction up and hold as well as how dirty the water was after I moped with it. It was also very easy to clean the machine once I was done using it. I'm so thankful for this versatile vacuum, it has changed this busy mom's life for the better! Thank you for creating this fabulous product!

Not Quite Perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wet-dry vac was incredibly easy to unbox and assemble. The design of the vac is very nice and sleek looking. I tried this on my kitchen tile floors first. It had some spots of stuck on food/gunk and was quite dusty/dirty since it's the highest traffic area in my home. I got an alert to empty the filter and tank before I could even finish. Due to the sleek, cordless, lightweight design of the wet-dry vac, the clean and dirty water tanks are a smaller capacity. Having to frequently dump and clean the tanks was frustrating. The edge cleaning technology just wasn't there. I tried everything but this machine just does not get close to the edges; it leaves a 1" gap along any edge. It did a good job cleaning the floors but couldn't quite get a couple really stuck on spots. This is where I wish there was a heat/steam element, but I understand that's probably not possible to combine with the vacuum design. (Maybe it is, and if it is, I vote for it!) The suction power is great. The self-cleaning function is just okay. It doesn't CLEAN the roller; it just sort of sucks off most of the dirty water from it. The roller needs to be hand washed with hot soapy water to really get it clean and ready for use again. I also found it tedious and gross cleaning the dirty tank and filter pieces after use. Everything must air dry before you can reassemble. In summary, I think this wet-dry vac is a great option for a small household with lighter messes. It is lightweight, easy to maneuver, quick to set up, has strong suction, and does a good job cleaning lighter messes. I wouldn't highly recommend it for a larger household with bigger messes since the tank capacity is a bit small and the machine didn't handle stuck on messes very well.
