Makes my life so much easier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this wet and dry vacuum to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I'm so impressed with it! We have 2 dogs and a toddler at home, so I feel like I am constantly cleaning up messes and spills. We also have a variety of flooring-types at home which previously made cleaning up a bit of a hassle. I LOVE that with this wet and dry vacuum I no longer have to pull out a variety of cleaning tools to tackle one mess. It's so satisfying to see the change in the water in the tank after using as well! This tool actually makes me want to clean, which is not the norm for me.

Great addition to a home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this item from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. There are several aspects to the CrossWave OmniForce Edge that I love! It's so convenient being able to mop and vacuum at the same time. There are days where I will forget to run the robot vacuum and then want to mop. Well, if I don't get my husky's fur up first, there is no point in mopping. Now that I have the CrossWave OmniForce Edge, that's not an issue! It picks up his fur, any dirt on the floor, and the pieces of cat food my cats leave behind. I also enjoy how light weight it is and the fact that it is cordless! I can go from mopping my entire downstairs to finishing up the bathrooms on the second floor with ease. I also like the self-cleaning cycle. It helps to remove dirt and hair from the roller brush. This is helpful because we all know how grimy our floors can get on a rain day when you're mixing water, mud, and fur! The parts are also very easy to clean. I would say there are about 4-5 pieces to clean depending on how you look at it; the docking station, the dirty water tank, the filter compartment, the strainer, and the brush roll window. This isn't much considering I'm vacuuming and moping fur from my husky which is long and EVERYWHERE! The only thing I would like to change is the battery life. As I mentioned, I'm able to do my downstairs and two upstairs bathrooms in one charge, but depending on the settings used (Powervac versus the regular PowerMop mode) you may drain the battery faster than the 30 minutes that the product specifies. I really only noticed lines on areas that needed a little extra TLC. After the first pass dried, I can back and went over those spots again. They were gone! Also, when doing my whole downstairs, I also noticed that the brush roller would have a lot of water soaked into it, causing dirty water to drip off. I brought the machine to the docking station and did a mid-way cleaning of the brush and it fixed the problem.

Excellent wet vac/ mopping functionality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a longtime fan of Bissell, so I was thrilled to receive the CrossWave OmniForce Edge from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I am very impressed with the mopping functionality of this product. The self-cleaning mechanism solves some of the major issues of a traditional mop. My only real complaint is that there was a bit of a learning curve the first time I transitioned from the dry vac to wet vac settings.

Perfect for everyday, and more!

After our other name brand that "did it all" kept dying from bad batteries and clogs, I got this and didn't even know how much we loved it! It's easy enough, as it's cordless and a good light weight to use every day - but it has a power button for bigger pick ups. We have a dog and this picks up dog hair so well, and taking out the canister is so simple and intuitive. Set up was nothing and maybe 10 seconds. This is all in dry mode! There is a wet vac mode which is a hidden gem. Outside of having to wait for the parts to dry, it's something we really needed through different seasons (wet boots, muddy shoes), with the dog, etc. because the parts need to dry you can't really toggle between both wet/dry, and we prefer how amazing this is for a dry vacuum- that we mostly use it that way. It has a sleek charging dock, and the buttons and sounds are also pretty chic. I am really happy with this. If I had to pick a flaw- it's NOT a machine that you can lay completely flat to get under a low surface, but until recently I never needed that function - it delivers so much more. I you received the product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Great wet-vac, dry-vac suction has room for improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With a six-year-old, 1 year old and a puppy, our floors see plenty of spills and stains. We are vacuuming and wiping up messes literally every day, so I am grateful that I was given this wet and dry vacuum to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I like the sleek, modern looks of it and the fact that it isn't as bulky as lots of other wet-dry vacs. The instructions and quick guide were also very intuitive. The vac is very easy to maneuver. All you need is a slight push and it glides and changes directions effortlessly. Our home is hardwood with large area rugs. The suction power of this vac is average in my opinion. We also have another brand handheld vac that was still able to suck up more debris even after going over it with this vac. Even with the extra suction of the power vac mode, our other vacuum does a better job performance wise. I had plenty of opportunities to test the wet vac on our rugs, from dog poop & throw up to pasta sauce. I was actually surprised that all the stains were actually removed! I did try the edge cleaning technology and frankly, I just didn't see much from it. Overall, this wet-dry vac did a good job cleaning everyday messes. The vacuum suction power is something that could be improved, and because of that I will stick to dry vacuuming with my current vacuum. But I will definitely be using this in the future for necessary, and more frequent) area rug cleanings!

Area Rugs and Kitchen Floor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first wet-dry vac I have used, and I liked it a lot. It did an amazing job cleaning the area rug in our playroom that had a coffee stain on it. And the cleaning solution smelled great too. I also used this wet dry vacuum for around my son's high chair since he is a messy eater! It was nice to be able to vacuum up the crumbs and mop at the same time. It seemed to have really good suction all the way to the edge, so it cleaned all the way to the walls. The vacuum feels very high quality and well made. I was given this wet dry vacuum to test as part of the Stellar Testing Panel.

Soft brush - no streaks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been looking for a mop and the CrossWave Omni Force Edge fit the bill! The battery lasts a good long while, the suction combined with the soft head gets all the little bits and dirt off my hardwood floors. Our house has a very hairy dog and I recommend vacuuming or sweeping before using the mop feature. Otherwise you end up with a lot of wet hair to deal with. But the edge technology got really close to all the baseboards so that's super nice. Like any wet vac, changing out the dirty water is a little gross but that's to be expected. I like the fill feature on the back of the cross wave - it's easy to fit under almost any faucet so I don't need to be in my kitchen to refill. Wish I had gotten one of these sooner! I was given this wet and dry vacuum to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this wet/dry vacuum about a month ago, thanks to Stellar Product Testing Panel. I'll admit to being skeptical of the abilities claimed and how much I'd really opt to use this product over the vacuum and mop I already own. However from first unboxing and use- I was hooked! The CrossWave OmniForce Edge is sleek and stunning with its slim profile, classic and understated black coloring, and easy docking station (no ugly wires!); it isn't any larger than a typical cordless vacuum and looks great. With two younger kids and fostering dogs, this house has its fair share of Messes, spills, or other accidents. The crosswave quietly (see picture of Bluey NOT running away, but staring Rosie down!) grabs all of the gunk right up to the edge of the baseboards and allows me to quickly sanitize rugs and floors at the same time. A lifesaver for when little boys are learning how to aim, if you know what I mean! The machine is easy to use, both in operation and cleaning, taking the guessing work out with turbo mode and self cleaning feature. Even the dirty compartment strainer is designed so you automatically put it in the right way, helpful since you absolutely want the strainer when dealing with dog hair. The battery life isn't amazing, however this is made up for by the speed in which it charges back up! It has a bit of weight to it, so moving it up and down stairs takes some muscle, no worse than a typical corded vacuum though... or full mop bucket. I find myself gravitating to the crosswave over my leading premium brand cordless vacuum and making the excuse to mop my floor or room at the same time. THAT is an excuse to have this product in and of itself!
