[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to thank Stellar Product Testing Panel for sending me this wet-dry vacuum to review! It has been an absolute game changer!!! My son is 16 months old and meal time makes it look like a food bomb went off in my kitchen. The many problems with toddler food messes are, you don't have time to clean them up right away usually, they generally need to dry before you can vacuum them up, they tend to be sticky and hard to remove, and it's usually a several step process. I have tried other brands of wet-dry vacs but they were all so complicated to set up and a pain to clean afterwards that they wound up just creating more work for me in the end. With the CrossWave OmniForce Edge clean up is simple, quick, and so easy! One pass under the table and I'm done! I was amazed at how deeply it cleaned! The attachments picture is from the day after we had actually mopped the kitchen with a regular mop. The CrossWave picked up SO much dirt that we had missed! My only complaint is that it is hard to plan my cleaning so that all of the edges get done since only the one side of it gets all the way to the edge. You kind of have to plan your mopping ahead of time and work around the room's edges first. Not a huge problem all in all! Overall it is a phenomenal machine that has made my life with a toddler substantially easier!!!

As someone who likes to keep a clean house, I was super excited to test this wet-dry vacuum as I've never tried a wet-dry vacuum before. Currently, I have a cordless vacuum from a competitor brand and typically use a Bona mop. Having two functions in one machine is a win-win. To begin, this vacuum was really easy to begin using. The company included quick assembly instructions, and within minutes, my vacuum was plugged into the wall and charging. While it took some time to get fully charged, it was very easy to set up. Once it was charged, however, I started by trying the regular vacuum mode. While the suction is powerful, I noticed how quickly the battery drained, especially if you use the high-power mode. Overall, it's easy to use, but it's larger than my other vacuum cleaner and harder to reach more compact areas. Using the mopping feature (wet mode) was pretty good too. It seemed to work well and was a convenient add-on. I also feel like the liquid solution drained up quickly. Could be the sample sizes included, but just an observation. I just don't love that the machine itself is so bulky which makes it hard to get to the smaller nooks and crannies. I have dogs a cat and toddlers, so the messes and hair are never ending in my household, so it was fun to see the big dust bunnies disappear with this machine. The edge cleaning technology seems good though I wonder if the company could make the machine smaller and whether that would make cleaning even more effective? Who knows. Regardless, this seems like a great value machine. It may not be the sexiest looking, but it works quite well. I'd seek it out in the future and tell others about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE this Bissell Crosswave OmniForce Edge. It works very quickly and easily. The battery lasts about 30 minutes. I am able to get my floors clean even using the max setting. I love how you can use it as a dry vacuum or a wet/dry. It charges right on the stand which also doubles as the self clean stand. That self clean is a game changer. I do run it twice but it works, I rinse the brushroll after and it's mostly clean. The machine is fairly quiet, not silent but definitely not super loud. I recommend using hot water, cold doesn't clean as well. The only con I experienced was stuck on stains do not come off even going over them multiple times. If you run this machine every night you probably won't experience this issue but I have five kids. Time is an issue and things definitely get missed around here. I did knock a star off for that because with kid and pet messes it should be able to handle some stuck on messes. However, the floors become SO clean after using. I was impressed I took a white paper towel to test it and it was still white! Thank you to Stellar Product Testing Panel for allowing me to test this and review.

This was honestly probably the highlight of my year so far! Sometimes it feels nearly impossible to keep a home clean when there are pets and kids! This wet and dry vac has helped make the impossible be possible! It works so well, and it's so easy to use that everyone in the house actually wants to use it! To highlight some of the amazing features: - While its most noticeable results are on the tile, this super hero vacuum will switch over to vacuuming on the carpets as well. - It is cordless, making it so easy to carry around. - The shape of the vacuum is designed to allow it to go snugly along the edges of the walls and easily under furniture. This in itself is a very unique and useful feature! - The vacuum really does do an amazing job at being all in one. Spills and stains are dealt with all at once no switching around from one bulky vacuum to another. No mops or brooms. - The stand of the vacuum is designed to hold all of the parts after it has been cleaned so that they can dry and be kept in one location. - Instructions for set up and clean up are clear and concise - The digital display is not only aesthetically attractive, but easy to read. - The suction is incredibly powerful for a cordless vacuum. Works a bit better on the tile thane carpet, but still leaves both extremely clean! - I do wish it had a longer amount of time between needed charges, but it still beats the duration of most others I have tried! Overall, I can't begin to emphasize how much this vacuum has become integral to our household. I love, love, love it!!

Great addition to a home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this item from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. There are several aspects to the CrossWave OmniForce Edge that I love! It's so convenient being able to mop and vacuum at the same time. There are days where I will forget to run the robot vacuum and then want to mop. Well, if I don't get my husky's fur up first, there is no point in mopping. Now that I have the CrossWave OmniForce Edge, that's not an issue! It picks up his fur, any dirt on the floor, and the pieces of cat food my cats leave behind. I also enjoy how light weight it is and the fact that it is cordless! I can go from mopping my entire downstairs to finishing up the bathrooms on the second floor with ease. I also like the self-cleaning cycle. It helps to remove dirt and hair from the roller brush. This is helpful because we all know how grimy our floors can get on a rain day when you're mixing water, mud, and fur! The parts are also very easy to clean. I would say there are about 4-5 pieces to clean depending on how you look at it; the docking station, the dirty water tank, the filter compartment, the strainer, and the brush roll window. This isn't much considering I'm vacuuming and moping fur from my husky which is long and EVERYWHERE! The only thing I would like to change is the battery life. As I mentioned, I'm able to do my downstairs and two upstairs bathrooms in one charge, but depending on the settings used (Powervac versus the regular PowerMop mode) you may drain the battery faster than the 30 minutes that the product specifies. I really only noticed lines on areas that needed a little extra TLC. After the first pass dried, I can back and went over those spots again. They were gone! Also, when doing my whole downstairs, I also noticed that the brush roller would have a lot of water soaked into it, causing dirty water to drip off. I brought the machine to the docking station and did a mid-way cleaning of the brush and it fixed the problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received the CrossWave OmniForce Edge from the Stellar Product Testing Panel, I was cautiously optimistic. I quickly ditched the caution as the Omniforce became a daily staple in my cleaning routine. From taking it out of the box, to assembly, use, and cleaning, the OmniForce maintains its ease of use. Being able to grab it quickly to clean a spill, not have to worry about cords, and be able to run the self clean brush cycle makes using the mop/vacuum convenient. The suction provided is strong enough to tackle the crazy amount dog hair shed by my 2 dogs, as well as any other mess you may need tackle. The battery life has outlived any cleaning cycles I have performed, and the LED display makes it easy to maintain both clean and dirty water supplies. One of my favorite parts of this new Crosswave design is the ability to clean right up to the edge of the wall, cutting several minutes off my cleaning routine allowing me more time with my family.

Powerful compact wet/dry vac

The unit is surprisingly powerful for its size, is extremely easy to set up and use, and stows well in a vertical position. I've tested the power of the vacuum on regular light dry cleaning as well as heavy spills using both the wet and dry functions, and found both to be more than sufficient. The suction is very good, I did not find that any debris remained after use. As an added bonus, the noise level is not especially high --- this is one of the quieter wet/dry vacs I have used. The low weight and lack of a cord makes carrying this unit around the house no problem at all --- we use it on all of our three levels. Setup and charging is extremely easy. In the vertical position, the unit takes up approximately 1 foot x 1 foot x 4 feet of space, easily fitting in a closet or up against a wall. This unit is not hangable, as I have seen others of its type.

I have two school aged kids, a dog, a hubby and we're constantly in and out. We have a lot of dark hardwood floors in my house and we do all the cleaning. My family will tell you that I'm OCD about clean floors. We run a robot vacuum every morning, I use a stick vac multiple times throughout the day, and I mop, but I HATE mopping. Not any more! The Crosswave is a brilliant combination of a wet/dry vac, it's an absolute breeze to use, and it does an incredible job getting the dirt off the floors. INCREDIBLE! We're a shoes off house and I could literally feel the clean on my feet. The dirty tank reservoir shows you what you're cleaning off the floor and it's astounding. The process is as simple as pushing a vacuum. You can toggle from dry vac to wet vac and go from carpet to hard surfaces. The floors dry almost instantly without any streaking when you put it in wet vac mode. The suction power is strong and leaves the floors spotless. I'm particularly enamored with the self cleaning feature. You just put a little clean water in the tank, plop the vacuum on its base, press a button, and the mop roller enters a high speed spin/clean function that sucks all the dirt out. The base has a holder for the parts so they can dry out overnight. I'm not exaggerating when I say that I'm obsessed with this product and actually look forward to cleaning my floors. My father-in-law was visiting recently and saw me use it and was so impressed he ordered one right away. It's really that good. 10 out of 10 Bissell!
