It was super easy to get the hang of how to use this and I love that I'm able to use the Bissell cleaner in this machine, not only for cleanliness but also to keep my home feeling and smelling fresh- vital with kids and pets! I like using turbo mode option to really up the cleaning power of the machine. It's not crazy lightweight but it also isn't heavy and it's a breeze to navigate. It gets into corners pretty well and goes right underneath most of my furniture. It's fairly easy to empty, although I have had an issue a couple times where if pieces aren't put FIRMLY back together the bottom wants to drop out and mess spills everywhere- I'm thinking this was user error on my part though! It would also be awesome if it came with 2 rollers only because the dry time is 24 hours and there always seems to be an unexpected mess before then and I have to use another option since the roller isn't ready to go! This handles the pet hair in my home way better than our previous machine and overall I truly do love using this because it does a great job in general and makes my life easier as I care for my home and family!

A handy tool to keep hard floors clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wet and dry vacuum makes it easier to keep my hard floors clean since it offers a combination of vacuum, dusting, and mopping capabilities in one machine. I like that I can run it as a dry vacuum to get up all the loose dirt and dust, then just dump that stuff, add water and cleaning solution, and easily mop to get a more thorough clean. I personally wouldn't bother to pull this out for a spot clean, such as a pet or kid mess, but for an overall floor cleaning it's great! It's easy to use with a very quick glance at the directions and emptying the compartment that holds dirt and dirty water is simple. I did have to refill the clean water and cleaning solution three times in the process of cleaning my dining room, kitchen, and hallway/bath because that compartment on the vacuum is relatively small. But it's still much less of a pain than dealing with ringing out a mop and freshening up mop water. The battery lasted for about an hour, which included run time and the stops for refills, and it was just enough time to clean what I wanted. Cleaning out the machine after use was simple and I love the built in brush roll cleaning feature and the fact that the charging base has a spot to store the mop roll while it dries. I was given this wet and dry vacuum to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I appreciate the opportunity to try out a product that I would have never thought to purchase otherwise. It's a nice addition to my cleaning arsenal, and that comes from someone who dislikes cleaning and hates mopping!

After our other name brand that "did it all" kept dying from bad batteries and clogs, I got this and didn't even know how much we loved it! It's easy enough, as it's cordless and a good light weight to use every day - but it has a power button for bigger pick ups. We have a dog and this picks up dog hair so well, and taking out the canister is so simple and intuitive. Set up was nothing and maybe 10 seconds. This is all in dry mode! There is a wet vac mode which is a hidden gem. Outside of having to wait for the parts to dry, it's something we really needed through different seasons (wet boots, muddy shoes), with the dog, etc. because the parts need to dry you can't really toggle between both wet/dry, and we prefer how amazing this is for a dry vacuum- that we mostly use it that way. It has a sleek charging dock, and the buttons and sounds are also pretty chic. I am really happy with this. If I had to pick a flaw- it's NOT a machine that you can lay completely flat to get under a low surface, but until recently I never needed that function - it delivers so much more. I you received the product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Goodbye mop and broom!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to receive the Bissell crosswave omniforce edge courtesy of Stellar product testing panel. I have been using this product for almost 2 months and have never had a tangle incident in the brush roll, and that's saying a lot with three kitties! The strainer caught most hair and debris from dirty water and aided in a easier clean up. I find that I clean the house quicker and more thorough with one machine versus three different cleaning items/machines. The tanks are easy to clean and put back together, although I have had some hiccups aligning the dirty tank when reattaching after emptying. If you do not align it perfectly it will spew water out of the sides. I have to remove and reattach about 3 times before I get it perfect which is pretty annoying. I like that it has suction levels depending on where you're cleaning. High suction is great for stuck on messes,high traffic areas, and rugs. In fact, the suction so high I was able to suck up an onion piece on my hardwood floor! The Zerogap technology is wonderful for dust and hair but not great with litter. I often had to go behind with a broom along the baseboards. I like the idea of the feature but it isn't the one thing that's keeping me sold on the product. I have been SO happy with this product and it has essentially replaced my mop and broom for day to day messes.

Powerful AND cordless

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have three cats, two dogs and a toddler so my floors can become dirty almost as fast as you can clean them. Fortunately with the help of this wet-dry vac, my life is now a lot easier. My favorite feature about this wet-dry vac is that it is cordless. I am often reluctant to buy cordless appliances because they can struggle to be as strong as I need them to be. I do not have this problem with the omni force edge. It has extremely powerful suction and cleans my floors effortlessly in one pass . Another thing that I love is how great my house smells after using this vacuum. The cleaning solutions made by Bissell smell so good and leave the house smelling sparkling clean. Unfortunately the digital display on my vacuum was cracked when I received it. You can still see what the display says but it is a little disappointing to receive a brand new product and have something wrong with it before you even use it. Other than that this vacuum is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone. I received this vacuum as part of the stellar product testing panel.

I have a hard time managing cleanliness with 3 cats and 2 very busy toddlers! This wet and dry vacuum is effective at cleaning up messes and creating that all-in-one functionality, which eliminates the need for separate mops, brooms, and vacuums! Some of my favorite features include: CORDLESS - I can pick it up and go whenever needed! No plugins necessary Power base - I do love that it comes with a power base for easy charging and storing Design - I love the digital display and sounds! The shape and functionality of the vacuum make it easier to reach edges and hard-to-reach areas under furniture. When I received this vacuum, I wasn't sure it would be powerful enough for the kid mess and pet hair in my house. I was pleasantly surprised. It charges quickly and it's lightweight. I find myself using this one all the time instead of dragging my corded vacuum all over the house (much heavier). The mop feature is really convenient as well. The only thing to note is that the parts have to dry for 24h before you use it again. It may just require a little planning when you want to use the mop feature.

Having two cats, two toddlers, and mostly wood floors, this vacuum is an absolute must! I loved that I was able to vacuum my area rugs in dry mode and then easily switch to the wet vacuum mode and clean my wood floors. We used this to clean up everyday toddler messes as well as weekly maintenance to keep our floors free of pet hair. The machine is cordless, cleans super close to baseboards and kitchen cabinets, has a strong suction, and leaves our floors looking and feeling clean! Overall, I highly recommend the CrossWave OmniForce Edge!
