Mainly a problem with Microsoft. The OOTB experience was plagued with "Oops! Something went wrong!" messages. Eventually, it did become a working computer - but didn't retrieve my full Visual Studio (i.e. Microsoft development environment!) profile. Picky comment - why couldn't the power button be on the left or right side of the keyboard?
The position of the delete key, is annoying, I'd prefer it where page down is now. Also, it's slow to shut down. I am baffled why you have made the F key functions only available with the function key.
This laptop is everything advertised. It is sleek and the keyboard has good tactile feel. It was a real bonus to get a one year subscription to Office 365. Value product.
I am very happy with my recent purchase of my HP Laptop 15-fc0100ca. Everything is very easy to navigate, the speed is amazing as I can be up and running in less than 30 seconds, literally!
The PC seems to be as advertised but setup has been fraught with difficulty. this is probably not HP's issue but the conflicts between Windows, Google and Microsoft for control of the online environment.
