Mainly a problem with Microsoft. The OOTB experience was plagued with "Oops! Something went wrong!" messages. Eventually, it did become a working computer - but didn't retrieve my full Visual Studio (i.e. Microsoft development environment!) profile.

The position of the delete key, is annoying, I'd prefer it where page down is now. Also, it's slow to shut down. I am baffled why you have made the F key functions only available with the function key.

As a long time HP laptop owner, I was expecting good things from this purchase. I was not disappointed.
Arrived on time, install/setup went flawlessly and performance was excellent.
Time will tell however I have no reason to expect anything less than I have experienced to date.

The PC seems to be as advertised but setup has been fraught with difficulty. this is probably not HP's issue but the conflicts between Windows, Google and Microsoft for control of the online environment.
