The Small Business tax prep software does not fully guide you through the entire process. In several cases it essentially says, "fill in the form". This means I had to study some sections of the code to make a decision on how to respond. This is unlike the personal side which I have used for many years to prepare my taxes. The personal side leads you through almost all the sections.
Cons: Hard to prepare

difficult to follow at times

Imported information from last year. When it came time to review errors indicated some entries that were not reconcilable. Referred to last years return but information they were asking for was not on last years return. Spent hours trying to figure out what they wanted in these couple of fields. Never did reconcile one of them.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used H&R Block Premium& Business for several years. I have three businesses, volunteer Treasurer at a local charity and also prepare my family personal taxes.This one software package does it all. The step by step guide takes me through the entire process and provides the exact information that I need to meet IRS requirements. Every year I electronically submit my completed paperwork to the IRS and it has been accepted. I won't use any other program.
