Two things:
1. The second look should be given not after the return has been filed but before as part of the benefits of using hr block.
2. The software should suggest different ways of getting a higher refund such as the tuition credit. The system should have suggested that I take the $4000 credit which would lower my adjusted income vs the American or tuition credit. I got $600 more taking the $4000 vs the other method.

Very easy to use

I bought it today and within an hour and a half my return was filed and accepted by the it's and it cost me $300 less than if I paid someone to do them for me
Cons: Time consuming
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Maximizes refund, Fast

Problem with state taxes

I got the federal all right without too much hassle. Had a problem with the state with one form. Was unable to correct the form within the program. I had to print and mail. Could not efile.
Cons: Hard to fix issues

For in home small business

Very hard to navigate through the forms that don't apply to a small in home business. The program is geared for a bigger - need selective forms - ie : Day care or homes product sales . Last year product was easy to use as I didn't have a business - this year very confusing - you can't see or search what you really need it just scrolls through countless unneeded forms

I am very happy with the H&R Block tax software I purchased. I could do my whole family without any worry as to doing it correctly.

Very easy navigation prevents operator error. The program won't let you make a mistake or miss a deduction.

Easiest Return ever

I use h&r block every year. I have 2 rental properties and I just plug in all my numbers and the software does all the figuring. They grab numbers from previous years that I need. If I'm stuck the online help is so easy to understand. Once I did email a question and they emailed and called back to make sure I had the answer I needed.
