I used HRBlock 2018 and it was easy and straight forward. This 2019 Premium was complicated. I asked it to apply my overpayment to my 2020 taxes, but it kept $53 out and will credit my bank account. Plus, the list of business expenses does not match the list on Form 1040 Sch C. Had to combine things to make it work.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not very easy to navigate around. Turbo Tax for business is slot better.

The personal product is great, the business product is not. The personal software is easy to use and has very good instructions. The business software is not easy to use, has inadequate instructions and is quirky. For example, transferring in last year's information, the personal version works like you'd expect - renames the file to the current year. The business version doesn't automatically rename, plus it copied in my extension from last year causing many problems during validation.

Used this app since its inception. This year my 1040 was not accepted by IRS and my Block program clearly walked me through step by step to make my corrections. Only took one time and upon submission my return was accepted.
