I would have given H&RB five stars, because the "Premium" portion of the program works great. BUT when I went to load up the Business portion of the program to do my Dad's taxes, I found out that it will not run on Windows 7 !! Why was that not made clear in the emails to me that wanted me to purchase the program? I have used H&RB Premium & Business for probably 10 years or more and it has run fine on my Windows 7 machine. But for some reason, this year, they decided to change the Business part to require Windows 8.1 or greater. The "Premium" portion still runs fine on Windows 7. This change should have been made blazingly clear to previous users of the program before they purchased it - instead of hidden from them!!! So they are forcing me to look for a different program or seek out a tax professional to do my Dad's taxes or to buy a new computer. Disgusted.
Waisting multiple “free” submitions for minor errors is extremely frustrating. I appreciate the attempt at offering multiple free submissions but the system could really use some QA/QC to help avoid needless rejections for very minor issues.
