Can't make the font larger. Hard to read and typing is very small. Not being able to enlarge font makes it very hard to use.

The personal tax return part of the program was definitely 5 stars. I had to lower it because on the business side I had to go into the forms more than expected vs answering the interview questions like the personal side. All in all a great product. Two years ago I had technical difficulties with the same program and had to use the competitor. It appears they fixed the glitch. Glad I came back.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

I've used this program for years. This time the Business portion of Premier was pretty problematic; not wanting to run after program restarted. Managed to get it working on different computer so I could file but now it won't start there either to allow me to check filing status. The personal portion worked well.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to import documents

I wanted to be able to do my own taxes for my Trust. While the software is not quite as intuitive as their standard tax software, it's significantly more cost effective than my accountant. Now that I've learned the ins and outs of it, I will definitely be using it in the years to come.

Great price, don't like navigation among forms

On price it's excellent, but I find the navigation among forms to be extremely confusing. I am using Partnership business type, by the way, in case that matters.
