I have been using this product for 5 years now and love it with the exception of one thing. When you are itemizing items donated to charity, the categories
and items listed are very limited; and it has been this way since I started using the program. Hate to say it, but your competitor TurboTax had an amazing program for itemizing deductions to charity. Would love to see improvement to this part of your product.

Not very user friendly even after having used it for three years. It touts free e-pay services, but if even one small item is missing or wrong, you have to print and mail. And getting the wrong things fixed isn't easy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I received this product in the mail. I have been using HRB since the 1999 tax year. I experienced some difficulty installing the s/w using the usb card provided. In January I called support and spoke to Emma, (in Texas I believe). She was very helpful and walked me through the installation. I failed to stay on the line for the follow-up review. I wish to commend her for her assistance. D J Pierce
