Extremely poor perform. Changed to online download for CD's. I've been using this product for over 10 yrs and this has been the worse experience ever.

Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund

Easy and fast. It's the 4th year I've used H & R tax program. It downloads last year's info. I was able to e-file and I'm done. Definitely recommend this. Try it yourself first before you pay someone! You can always still go to an office and have someone do it.

Something went wrong this year my AGI did not carry over from last year correctly. It was filed, paid for, rejected and immediately I corrected. refiled and charged again. Not fair.
