need to be made easier

I do not like the order used for entering data. I feel it should start with income info first ( wages, retirement,SS etc.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues, Hard to prepare

No notification of my need to call you to update.

Went to e-file and it said need to update, wouldn't update, tried 3 days, won't ever use this software again. No notification of my need to call you to update. You should have contacted your users by email or phone. Lots of us won't use it again.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues, Hard to install
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I HAVE SPENT THE ENTIRE AFTERNOON TRYING TO PRINT OUT MY FEDERAL TAX RETURN WHICH I EFILED.....NO LUCK!!!!

trying to e-file 1099 and 1096 and it won't allow me to do the steps it says to do and continuously prints them wrong. tried to e-file my return and even though the website says it is taking information from the previous years taxes, it continuously puts the agi in wrong, I fix it and then go to resend it to find that the system changed it again so frustrating.

Print will not work despite repeated attempts

The print panel is broken, it won't allow print to printer or PDF. I've installed the PDF995 software twice to no avail. Won't print to my printer connected and won't print to PDF. I can print from other software just fine, it's HR Block that isn't working. This worked last year; but this year, nope. Very disappointing.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Hard to fix issues
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
