Verified Purchase:Yes
Neither the extension form nor the Federal 1040 would transmit electronically. Also, several figures did not carry forward from federal to state forms, and I question the accuracy of the entire form. I'm not certain the software got the calculations correct for the Capital Gains of a commercial property, as it didn't ask questions about prior year depreciations taken.

Minnesota not able to be filed if spouse passed.

I have used your software for years. This year my spouse passed away. To have your software not allow Minnesota tax to be filed online is not acceptable. I have checked with other tax preparers and none of them said their software had this restriction. It had to be something in your software.
Pros: Maximizes refund

I bought this software last year because I have to file a partnership return and the business and personal package combined was very economical. However, the downloaded package seems to be a little less user friendly than the .com package...my sister have the latter so I see it every year too. It is also disappointing that I could not file my Alabama return online. That meant I had to print a significant number of pages and pay to mail that in via USPS...very expensive!
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

I had problem downloading. First system said was not compatible although I used the software before on the same laptop. Then I tried again and it downloaded. I had tried to open the software in not open. I tried about 20 times. I called support. She tried with everything I did. She using for administration which I also and finally work. I would for you guys to start back letting your customers receive tax on a disk. I was using the Premium Business and personal download. Used up a lot of ink and paper.

I'm sure to hit all the legalities would be a challesnge but I think there are sofware dificulties That il could not get past to get the return to efile, so had to file a paper copy that has errors
